I was in the sauna here, I didn't go into the cafe. The sauna is good. Everything is very thoughtful and neatly done: the locker room has Underfloor heating, lockers with keyless entry, ceramic benches in the washroom, and more. There is not enough pool, but it is not critical for me. Among the disadvantages: perhaps the service, there used to be a bath attendant in the men's room, he was in order, he would wash everything, tidy up (he was constantly doing something), he apparently quit and somehow it became not so good: the shower cans were overgrown with calcium, beer was not brought. Bring back the old bath attendant!

I visited the Sauna , I can say that the steam room is great , but there are only 2 showers , the lounge is awkward , the lockers are old . But the price is cheap . They also sell beer and fish in the lobby , so the fish stink is disgusting , and they always drink at the tables like at a pub , which greatly underestimates the complex itself .

The only good thing is the hammam, but let's start from the beginning. From the very entrance, a disgruntled and appraising look from a bath attendant in a green bathrobe, so thin with glasses, sits forever at the counter on the second floor. She is absolutely not sociable, ignores questions and appeals, asks for a clean basin, silently does her own business and then reluctantly nods at a bunch of basins and is so dissatisfied "there are two basins there!". The basins are washed by the visitors themselves. In the steam room, the benches are already rotting, these pieces of wood will drive splinters even through the sheet, it's even unpleasant to look at them, let alone sit. In the steam room above the door, everything is covered with fungus, wires stick out from the lamp, and the hole in the wall is huge, not closed, like Baba Yaga's in the hut. In the booth, when asked to wipe the table, which was covered in crumbs from previous visitors, the same woman said that this was not her job, oh, and even more, they do not give keys in the booth, they say that everything is broken, how to leave valuables is "unclear". Compared to the city bathhouse, Kristall is a terrible place. Here in the city and the steam room is the best in the city, and the staff is friendly, and the bath attendant goes around washing and washing everything all day, and everything is kind. There's nothing to breathe, the shelves are like a hot frying pan. That's the only reason I sometimes prefer the city bathhouse. The steam room is great. And I come here because of the hammam.
