I decided to share a review, maybe the company's management will read and take action against managers, because of which the company is losing customers! On January 17, 2024, water was brought to us as usual, because the guy had no change, he offered to take the bill to pay with Caspi from the managers. After calling them, the manager replied that there was no order for this address and I was not registered in the database, although they had already delivered and left. I thought that the new manager called back again, she answered again, and began to accuse me of insulting her, I asked in perplexity what? to which she hung up the phone. I couldn't get through to them before lunch to pay for the water. The bill was not sent and the phone was not picked up. Today, on 01/25.24, I'm calling to order water, I also can't get through, I called them for 3 hours and they didn't answer, a colleague called from her number and they answered immediately. Hence the conclusion: my number is not intentionally raised! The question is why? By what right??? We'll have to change the company because of such employees!

According to the work of the operators of this company, you can conduct trainings on "How not to work with customers" or "What to do to scare away all customers": if you order water "for tomorrow", they will definitely bring it today, and they do not even call back and do not ask why they did not accept the order, and when the next day, after waiting for half a day for water (i.e.K. the delivery interval is 6 hours), you call back, you get a sincere surprise from the "manager" - and we brought it to you yesterday... To the question of what the hell did you take her to yesterday, if I ordered today - no apologies, no regrets; they choose the delivery time themselves, they don't care what the customer said. This company has never heard of such a concept as "customer orientation". Also, the feedback form on the site does not work. Apparently, the reviews come up with everything themselves. On other resources, you can see the real opinion of people about this company.
Despite the fact that there is no claim to the water quality, I will not contact this office anymore and I do not advise you!
