Good place, amazing food.

This is the second year that my husband and I have been celebrating our anniversary in culture. Everything is very tasty, the pints are the best in the city in terms of price/filling. Bao, ravioli and of course the incredible tiramisu are all must-try! Fast, courteous service, beautiful lounge, very cozy in the evening
A small disadvantage: sometimes the music is too loud.
The average check for two is almost ~100 rubles (pinsa+ 1 dish + dessert + drink)

A wonderful place with a calm interior, polite and unobtrusive staff, delicious cuisine! We ordered pancakes, lasagna, tartare and bao with shrimp - we were delighted with everything! A great place for a Sunday breakfast or evening dinner with your loved ones!

It seems that we won't be going back to this restaurant anymore.
Culture has always left pleasant impressions with its perfect cuisine, this time it was exactly the same. But the chicken soup turned out to be completely empty, especially the tasteless broth. The noodles were completely lost in it.
The service turned out to be the biggest problem. From the very beginning, everything is strange, a waiter greets you from afar, who just watches you handle your own clothes. But don't worry, if you arrive in a Porsche, they will definitely help you with this) They didn't consider it necessary to monitor the emotions of the guests during the first spoonful of soup either, I wanted salt, but there was no one to ask, there was no one to tell about the quality either. I agree, it's our responsibility to eat.
All the other questions from the waiter are so indifferent and short, like a quiet "is everything delicious?" that I don't want to say anything.
I also want to mention the dish "bao with beef and truffle cheese". Delicious, very tasty. But it is very imprudent not to bring gloves to him. Eating with your hands without them in a restaurant is strange and uncomfortable. Eating this dish with appliances is a crime. In search of gloves, I had to get up from the table and turn to the first employee I found in the hall, and I received a mute gesture at the waiter. Thank you, very empathetic. The girl replied to the request, "now I'll see if there is." The answer is dry and questionable) Don't you know that you can always find them at the cook?) Is this really the first time you've been asked for them?) Haven't you been taught to think ahead for a guest?)
In general, there is still a lot to say, but you don't want to waste your energy on it.
Work on yourself, on the staff, on the chicken soup and maybe you will be able to win a lot more hearts. But no one has been going to the restaurant for delicious food for a long time.

We go here for breakfast periodically. The interior is for an amateur, not very cozy, but the kitchen is impressive. This is probably the most delicious sourdough pizza we've eaten lately. Good fast service.

One of my favorite places in Minsk, I like bao with beef and truffle (a trip to bao in umami), ceviche and tartare I like. But you should definitely try the local pizza (I like the most delicious pizza with prosciutto, parmigiana, tartare)

I've wanted to get into this restaurant for a long time, but I was disappointed in terms of service at the entrance. The first thing the guest sees is the terrace, where 5-6 employees of the kitchen and the hall are smoking together. Not only do they not try to hide this moment from the client's eyes, but I also imagine how our dishes were prepared with these hands. The food is delicious, but for such a price it would be strange if it were the other way around. And the output is the same moment. The girl who was grating cheese into my plate five minutes ago, without taking off her gloves, is smoking on the terrace with another kitchen employee. It was a very unpleasant experience because of this, unfortunately, we did not live up to expectations.

Right off the cherry on the cake is the best bellini in Minsk. they were obviously made with mashed potatoes, not with juice, they have never seen a better performance anywhere.
It was so delicious in culture that I even covered my shirt with Tom yam. it's a very atmospheric place, you can watch how cocktails and food are prepared, in principle, not too long a wait, the service is not intrusive, but attentive. the receipt is average.

I ordered these notorious beef baos, and it was a complete failure. The meat is tough, like a sole, obviously overcooked and dry, as if it had been reheated three times. The sauce is a sickly sweet mess that does not mask the lack of taste. And the "fluffy" bao actually turned out to be a sticky, soggy lump of dough inside.
For that kind of money, one would expect at least edible food, but no — money wasted and a ruined evening. No hint of Asian cuisine, just disappointment. **0/10, never again!**

In general, if you want to go to a Michelin-starred restaurant for reasonable money, then you are here. I went here for a few days, but one failed dish, everything is chic, and breakfast and dinner, and I am very tight-lipped and picky.
The interior is pleasant, the music is unobtrusive, the paintings are interesting, the food is top.
Scrambled tartare for breakfast is the most delicate, freshest, melting in your mouth.
Tonno tonato - how did you process tuna so insanely, is it even legal?
Scallops for dinner, pasta with shrimp, as if they had just been caught in front of you and brought to the table.
And this cake, tiramisu with smoked prunes, smoked, sweet, tender, but textured, is something, check it out.
If anyone has been to Sage in Moscow (Muscovites, hello), then they are similar, but they get the same Sage for breakfast.
If anyone likes Duoband (Peter, hi), and everything they do, run here too, it looks like.
Of all the waiters, Regina is the top for me-she sees what a person needs right now, and advises exactly that, always on the positive side, always with a kind word.
(The rest are also good, just by comparison))

The food in the restaurant is good. But there is a big question about the service. Dishes that were not ordered appear in the receipt, and when asked by the waiter about the amount in the receipt, they immediately bring exactly the amount of extra dishes, without questions or proceedings. So the waiters knowingly add extra things to the check, hoping that they just won't notice it? I would like to draw the attention of the owners of the institution to this.

Definitely an interesting place, one of the few in the city with unusual dishes and their serving.
There are some difficulties with entry/exit and sometimes parking, due to the barrier, which is controlled by calling the institution.
Sometimes there are not the most pleasant waiters, apparently from overload, because there are almost always quite a lot of people.
Not only the dishes are interesting, but also the cocktails, but the dessert menu is boring due to the peculiarities of the fast open kitchen.
In general, for your money, a good option to try fusion cuisine, you can safely recommend it to those who want to try something new.

But when you arrive at an institution on a day off at 10:50 with a table reservation at 11, you walk through an open door, and they tell you, "please leave the institution, we are not ready," which meant that they open at 11, to put it mildly unpleasant. We returned only because of the kitchen.
If you are not open, do not open the door, if the door is open, do not expel the guests.

Smells from the open kitchen reach the hall: this is both a minus and a plus, objectively there is a question of ventilation. Of the features: There are paintings on the walls that you can buy. The menu is a cross between Italy, Asia and fusion cuisine. From what I liked the most: carpacho, pince and ceviche. Although the pince was too dry for my taste and the edges were burnt, I take off the star just for that. The location of the institution and the entrance to the barrier is not the most convenient combo, but the guys decorated this area with their presence. You can go back and try new positions

I often pick up for pickup, 10 out of 10 dishes! Vitello Tonnato is better than in a restaurant where the chef is Italian. Today we visited and tested it in the hall. Everything is great, we tried dishes that we had not ordered before, we will definitely come back and bring friends. A huge plus is its own parking on the porch! Top service, at full load. I have not seen anywhere the waiting time for any dish is 10-15 minutes at full load!) success and prosperity, I am your fan)

I found myself in a cafe by accident, I rarely visit this area, but I had heard about Cafe Cultura before, I decided to take the opportunity and go in. At the entrance, you will be greeted by an order pick-up area. Perhaps the food is also cooked there. The cafe is decorated in a minimalist style, with modern paintings on the walls. In general, the interior is not bad. I ordered a raf, as there was no time for food. The price of a small cup is 8 BYN. The coffee was almost cold, I was not offered to add syrup. The waiter is not smiling. Therefore, the score is 3⭐ out of 5 possible.

A stylish restaurant of the author's cuisine in a residential area of Minsk.
Everything in the restaurant is perfect, starting from the interior (Scandinavian minimalism), ending with dessert and the speed of the bill.
When you find yourself here, you can't even believe your eyes that a Michelin-starred restaurant might end up in this area (not because the area is bad, just rather expect to find such a restaurant in the center)
The menu is located, conditionally, on one page - it allows you to make a choice in a couple of minutes, but any choice will be correct.
By the way, for adherents of vegetarian cuisine, there are several dishes in this short menu.
We ordered hummus (tender) and Tartare with chanterelles (gorgeous sauce) for an appetizer, duck and halibut for hot (both dishes were gorgeous), and then took a cheesecake (melted in the mouth, not in the hands).
Excellent fast service, high-speed serving of dishes. I would like to come back more often if I lived in Minsk. By the way, almost all the visitors ordered pizza, so I will come back to try it on my next visit to Minsk.

The location is highly questionable (an old business center with signs about renting offices on the windows) and the summer terrace look terrible: a couple of tables in some kind of tent.
The interior is nice, but there is very little space between the tables. The open kitchen does not make much noise, but because of the small room it is very difficult to communicate because of the general hum.
I can recommend pince-nez and wine from the food. Pasta from soft varieties also raises questions in a restaurant with Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is not bad, but not for its price. We won't go a second time.

The best restaurant in Minsk we've been to!A warm atmosphere, a friendly receptionist, a beautiful Scandinavian-style interior (a separate plus for chairs and paintings), attentive waiters, clean toilets (a good idea with towels instead of napkins). And the most important thing is the gastronomic orgasm from the dishes! The waiter Anna helped us choose the wine, now it is our favorite (wine - tenuta del fant il falchetto). She asked if we liked everything and warned us about the sharpness of the dishes. The service was fast and top-notch. They left the establishment as if inspired :) Many thanks to all the staff. We will definitely be back soon! ❤
