For four years in a row, I ordered flowers here with delivery for my mother, I chose an existing bouquet from the photo, since I live far away, everything was fine! But this year it's just terrible with the service and the bouquet itself. March 8 is always an emergency, but you need to be prepared for this, I think, if you claim to be professional! The collected bouquets were not offered, it was only possible to assemble an "original" bouquet in the amount and with the desired color scheme and colors. Well, okay, I sent them three examples of bouquets, for two they immediately said that there were no flowers, they agreed to do it according to the type of the third example. My wish was chrysanthemums and fresh flowers, so that the bouquet would last longer. And the third wish was an attached postcard! The bouquet and the postcard were counted by about 150rubles, and the time range was determined. And now the most interesting part. In the attached photos, there is a bouquet with white chrysanthemums that I asked to make, in the second photo there is an "author's" bouquet with a bunch of roses that wilted in the morning. And the most annoying thing is that the postcard was lost by the courier!!! (It was really offered to take her… Are you serious? The point was to make a surprise with a postcard attached). I won't even write about the delayed delivery anymore. Naturally, in the morning they asked to replace the flowers, as the roses drooped. At first they said that it was their mother who had kept them the wrong night! Then they agreed to replace it completely with chrysanthemums at my mother's request, but they didn't even bother to arrange it beautifully, and even more so there were no apologies, only attacks that they hadn't promised a copy, and it was the author's bouquet. Well, what can I say, the mood is ruined, I will never contact you here again! And I advise you to change the author of the bouquets.
