The design of bouquets is very indirect. I don't like. The flowers themselves are of average quality, but quite fresh. There are many places where for the same money you will get a more beautiful bouquet with more expensive (outwardly) flowers.

The order was placed in the online store. I don't know which address the bouquet was going to. An expensive and gorgeous bouquet was wrapped in a film! The whole impression was ruined! The packaging differs from what is stated on the website! The solution is to take the bouquet from the birthday girl and return the money, seriously? In the end, they offered to refund 10% of the order, refused, it's not about money, but about the attitude towards the client!
