The packaging differs from what is stated on the website! The solution is to take the bouquet from the birthday girl and return the money, seriously? In the end, they offered to refund 10% of the order, refused, it's not about money, but about the attitude towards the client!

I ordered 50 red carnations, the courier delivered on time, specified exactly 50, said yes, did not check, in fact 48 plus 1 broken hidden in the middle of the bouquet, a trifle but unpleasant, the flowers are not very fresh but uncritical.

I ordered flowers on Instagram in another store, but I didn't like how they respond. On the way, I decided to go to this store. I liked everything right away, a beautiful florist girl helped me pick up flowers and made a prefabricated bouquet. Paid and picked up a couple of hours later. The flowers are fresh, very nicely packed. I will be your regular customer. And most importantly acceptable prices!
