The computer club introduced a download speed limit of 1.5 MB/s (including in the VIP room where I was sitting), although this was not indicated anywhere, there were no such speed problems before, the administrators spread their hands, saying we can do nothing
As a result, I waited for about an hour for what I needed from Steam (4.5 GB) to load, which greatly blurred the impressions of going to this seemingly good club, no compensation was offered

a great place, we go there with friends, the hardware is powerful, the monitors are cool, the prices are reasonable. The staff is top!
