If you are in a hurry and in general, in principle, you want to have a delicious meal, it's better not to come here, it's a shame of European cuisine!
There were three of us, we waited an hour for an order, and we just carried salads and snacks for 40 minutes.
Terrible and rude service!

I am writing this review specifically for future visitors. Food is 5 times more expensive than in a good quality and freshness of food canteen Balkhash Abaya, 35
Why am I writing this review. I really didn't like the following situation.
I went there every day to eat once a day, I ate an average of 4-5 thousand.
One day I stayed up too long (I had things to do in the morning, I was tired). I wanted to sit on the phone. I ordered in addition to the usual food for 5 thousand and a coffee pot of tea…
Half an hour later, I heard a loud female voice from the kitchen, "Why is this one still sitting? So long, why sit so long?"
I think it's very hospitable. I was the only one in the hall. Apparently other visitors have already been sent away.
She packed up and left.
Not another foot. I will go to the dining room, there is one 3-course lunch and tea/coffee cost as much as one salad in this institution.

We came many times, there are no steaks all the time, okay, it was tolerable that they cook for a long time sometimes, and the fact that the waiters shake hands as if we were friends.
But today it's just something, the waitress barely talks, whispers to herself, when ordering, I immediately asked if there were steaks, said there were, after 15 minutes it turns out there are none, OK, we chose other dishes, we wait an hour, we ask how long to wait, and guess what? She forgot to transfer the order to the kitchen, or some agathai forgot something there, and says to wait 30 minutes for it to be cooked, this idiocy and indifference struck me to the depths of my soul, no apologies, nothing, just flapping my eyes

Unfortunately, the price - quality does not match, we were disappointed.Lamb kebab tastes and smells a little like mutton, they did not eat noodles at all, they asked for Tashkent tea, they brought a completely different one, BUT the tea was delicious!The service is so-so, dirty dishes are not taken from the table, they remain until you leave, 2 stars only for delicious tea and Caesar salad!
