We really love the national Belarusian cuisine and interesting places, but this place has let us down. Firstly, the waitress is not very friendly. No hello, no menu suggestions. As if we were being done a favor.
Secondly, the dishes were brought so quickly that it was clear that everything was warmed up and not cooked.
Thirdly, it is dirty. What's on the street, what's inside and in the toilets.

I come to this cafe only for a Polotsk dranik. But from time to time, the boorish unprofessional service of the waiters. They brought the wrong dish, snarl, complain to customers, while not apologizing. With such service, you feel spat on. Also, waiting for a hot dish for 30-40 minutes every time, while the landing is far from complete. That was the last time I came here. I advise the management to raise the professionalism of their employees and update the staff, otherwise it's some kind of shame.

The first impression was that I wanted to get up and leave. But we were hungry and tired. I have never heard such an aggressive conversation from a waiter. Only I didn't understand why this was happening to us) we just came in, said hello and sat down) Well, all right. I'll give you one star for the delicious cheesecakes. The second one was for the fact that they were without raisins, although we were unfriendly informed that there are no cheesecakes without raisins.
The room itself leaves much to be desired, there is a smell of the kitchen, and the menu is torn with drop-down pages. A huge disadvantage is the waiters smoking at the counter.

For people who visit normal establishments, there is nothing to do here. By the standards of Polotsk, everything is possible and super. But - this is a canteen!
Smoked meats, olives, and lemon were added to the soup and they called it a national hodgepodge. Garlic sauce in caesar with salmon killed. Well, at least there was an iceberg in the salad, the cooks do not know that it should be torn, not cut. I will not continue…
