The delivery was delayed. It was agreed before 12, as a result, they apologized and promised at 13:30, which in the end they also did not comply with. The order was placed not on a public holiday, but on a regular Tuesday, the distance from the store to the delivery point is 5-7 minutes in a straight line. If you need flowers by a certain time, and you need them on time during the holidays, I recommend contacting another flower shop.
There are no complaints about the bouquet itself, the florist collects beautiful bouquets on the spot, for this 2 stars, for delivery and spoiled mood - 0.
