I decided to please the girl and give her flowers in the morning. I ordered a bouquet of 35 white roses. I ordered it on the website with delivery. They brought a very nice and beautiful bouquet on January 8 at 9:30 (indeed, it can be seen from the photo) They put it immediately in ordinary water in the room. Closer to lunch, all the roses opened and the leaves began to droop. I wouldn't give it to you anymore. By 21:00 on the same day, the bouquet had completely lost any appearance (photo). I understand that flowers don't last long, but not for 12 hours. As a result, 24 hours after delivery, the flowers were in the trash. I know many people buy flowers in the evening to give them the next day. In my case, there would simply be nothing to give. It was most likely frozen upon delivery. The temperature that day was up to -15. Well, it's not my business anymore, I took advantage of the store's delivery, and did not carry it myself. I believe that such factors should be taken into account when operating such a specialty store. Florists and couriers should understand this. Extremely disappointed!!! It is no longer a pity for the money spent, but for the frustration of the emotions received as a result. I leave this review here because the store CATEGORICALLY (of course it is understandable) does not want to post reviews of such a plan on its official website. It's probably his right. I attach a screenshot that the review was sent for moderation. I did not write nasty things, but told the situation in fact. Hoping that the store will simply contact me and clarify it. Maybe he'll blame me and teach me how to handle flowers, or maybe he'll apologize elementary. I really ask you not to leave angry comments from the opera: they were treated incorrectly, put on the balcony, poured boiling water periodically and the like. The bouquet was treated as it should be treated as a gift. Next time I'll do what I did before. I'll come myself, choose it myself and bring it home. We bought a bouquet of flowers for the child on August 31, and on the morning of September 1, the roses from this bouquet withered, and the uncorked petals were dropped altogether... We had a complete shock this morning! I went to the store with a bouquet, and they told me that I bought one... I began to explain that being in an adekvat, not one person would buy such a thing and generally demanded a book of complaints. Then the girl started pointing her finger at the printout there that the bouquets were not returned and like they had flowers stored in the refrigerator and I needed to keep them that way...I imagine the teacher's refrigerator is 2.09 in the morning in their opinion 😂So they ruined our holiday to the fullest. Do not spoil your holiday. Do not buy flowers from them, it is obvious that they are not fresh and they are trying to hide it, just to sell.

By far this is the best place in our city! My wife on a broom and my mother-in-law on a mortar will never fly to a place where it 's bad in their lives . And they fly there every evening! My beloved: fly, fly!
