A wonderful place, pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff. Only my wife and I were sitting in the hall, so the lights were dimmed for the main course and a candle was brought. The washbasin has soap and cream by Zielinski & Rozen, the smell remains for a long time.
Ordered:
- Scallop crudo with strawberries. An interesting combination of flavors.
- Salmon tartare with flying fish caviar cream and crumpled avocado. A very delicate dish with a hint of freshness, in which avocado adds a touch of freshness
- Duck fillet with donut and raspberry beetle. Tender duck fillet, doughnut in the shape of a ball without a hole and raspberry sauce
- Green risotto with eel. Risotto with a delicate taste of greens and literally melting eel in your mouth
- Ice cream with walnuts and sponge cake. A combination of flavors, textures and temperatures
- Basque cheesecake with mango. Very delicate, creamy cheesecake inside
- Gaba tea. Chamomile and mint are felt, but if you let it brew longer, other shades appear
- Cocoa. Very good cocoa with a deep taste and a slight bitterness

pleasant interior and atmosphere, very attentive and pleasant waiters and hostesses , service 👌🏻 were at brunch - the coffee was delicious, good sparkling, the dishes that we managed to try were on a solid 4 - croc monsieur was a little dry and fried, the second course was delicious, but a little cold. I am sure that the guys are working on the service and the kitchen and will improve these shortcomings.

A beautiful place with a good level of service (except that the dishes were served for 35 minutes in a half-empty place).
If we talk about the dishes, the beef tartare was very ordinary, however, to my taste, the dish was spoiled by crispy onions sprinkled on top, which did not match the delicate texture of the tartare itself. Coffee, blueberry lemonade - nothing outstanding, average quality in the city.
If we talk about cheesecakes, they were of a very high level, without excessive flour, moderately sweet (however, a little sweeter than I would like, but this is delicious). Actually, the cheesecakes pulled the rating of the institution by 3

Delicious food. We were at Sunday brunch - insanely delicious breakfasts. Everyone was very satisfied. Especially thanks to the waiters. We moved to the bar and tasted the most delicious pornstar martini in the city! Everyone is very polite and unobtrusive. Thank you very much!

The food was prepared diligently and fresh.
The staff tried very hard to serve well, dishes for a company of 7 people were served at the same time. It's very difficult. They're great.

I visited this institution for the first time on 05/26/2024. The place was chosen on the summer terrace.
I can say that I definitely won't come here anymore and I don't advise anyone!

By food - 0 - caesar salty salad, with incomprehensible slicing of tomatoes (ordinary tomatoes, not even cherry), overcooked yesterday's breaded chicken and a taste of rancid butter.
Udon with shrimp is not udon, but just pasta in oil, also over-salted.
Prices are unreasonably high based on the quality and size of the dishes.
Water - 16 rubles per bottle!
Informing employees about problems in food is not suggested by anyone to fix the situation somehow.
Total: tasteless food at the price of 100 rubles and a spoiled evening)

A short menu. Good service.
Delicious. Food is thrown quickly.
In general, against the background, I would say excellent.
I took Vitello tonnato.
Gazpacho with shrimp and cucumber tartare is good. Cucumbers are watery, but the base is excellent
Risotto with mushrooms is very tasty
, Minor flaws in the service will be attributed to my excessive expectations :
- do not bring salt-pepper
- the wi-fi is not working on the airliner (it does not reach here.... so it is necessary to reconfigure - this is hospitality)
- hot risotto on a cold plate
- do not take feedback

We celebrated a bachelorette party here on May 18 and at the same time a friend's birthday. To say that we are satisfied with the choice of the main meeting place and the starting point of the evening is to say nothing! We would like to thank the Darling team from everyone!
The staff is patient, polite and welcoming. The kitchen was to everyone's taste! Special thanks to the waiter Maxim, for his efficiency, attention and care throughout the evening.

A pleasant place. There is a full landing on Saturday evening, and this is not surprising! Good service. We were sitting at the bar, a very pleasant bartender, does not bother and does not interfere with communication, but at the same time offers to prepare the next cocktail on time (you do not have to wait 100 years). He makes cocktails on request (from the category "can I have maytai, just not maytai") and guesses in 90% of cases. The prices are affordable.
I would like the institution to work longer. They didn't know that they were closing at 00.00. At the beginning of the first hour, drinks were ordered, not only were they prepared for us, but they were not in a hurry. We sat as long as we wanted. We apologized to the administrator for being late, to which we were answered: "We love our guests." I definitely want to come back here again.

Приятный интерьер, хороший сервис. Приятное расположение. Отличное место для отдыха при прогулки по Минску. Вполне подойдет для интеллигентного празднования семейных торжеств.

Заведение в очень приятных глазу тонах, эстетично, светло, уютно, сидели у окна в первом зале, получили удовольствие. Если вы любите всё красивое, останетесь довольны! Еда не подвела - подача такая же красивая, и всё нам было очень вкусно! Это заведение оказалось самым дорогим из всех посещенных нами в Минске за три дня и кухня тут не белорусская, но мы очень довольны, пришли бы ещё☀️

Потрясающее место! Очень атмосферное, уютное и вкусное!
Персонал ну просто изумительный, все ребята очень приветливые, вежливые и дружелюбные.
Интерьер - приятный. Мне такой стиль очень по душе.
Еда вкусная, но вот подача довольно долгая, коктейли тоже на высоте.
Теперь Darling - одно из моих самых любимых мест в Минске.

We came for breakfast today with a friend, we generally constantly go to different establishments in Minsk and today we decided to try to go to darling. I was here before that once for dinner six months ago and it was not bad. After looking at the photos on Instagram, it was decided to try scramble with shrimp. When we arrived, there was only one type of alternative milk available instead of the stated three. Despite this, the coffee was delicious. Next, I ordered a salad mix to my scramble and it turned out to be just greens from a pack, even without salt and pepper oil. When the scramble was brought to us, we were shocked. I showed the waiter the picture, to which he said, well, we can change the recipe. It looks very bad, it tastes like ordinary eggs, I even ate it because I observe interval fasting and have not eaten for more than 16 hours and all I can do is eggs, but this is not at all a restaurant level to serve such dishes to guests. Ну что тут скажешь! Милый моему сердцу Дарлинг - это the best of the best in Belarus!
Блюда - радость гурмана. Ребята постоянно вводят новинки. Обслуживание на уровне крутых пятизвездочных городских отелей. Например, как в Ritz или Hyatt.
В моей прошлой жизни топ-менеджера я был завсегдатаем. В этот мой приезд, когда я работаю водителем такси, я зашел только на завтрак🤩🤩🤩

But my sister kindly ordered Pavlova dessert with seasonal berries and ice latte. Despite all the hatred of berries after the morning gathering, the dessert was incredibly delicious. If you are late, this is the best place to come and ask my sister in advance to order any dish. Delicious, clean, fresh.

The interior is beautiful, the waiters are attentive, but there is a problem. But I can't explain what. The place is pleasant, but we didn't seem to be very lucky :)) there were 3 or even 4 items from the menu that we chose, we were very kindly offered to replace and in general the staff and attitude towards customers are very pleasant, but the lack of desirable dishes, of course, spoiled the impression. The atmosphere is pleasant, the layout is interesting, the toilet is cool) opinions differed on taste, but it was delicious for me!

I've been to this place several times, sat at the bar, the bartender Vadim exceeded all expectations, they won't make you such cocktails even in the embargo!
I also liked the kitchen, I took filet mignon, it was very tasty, the degree of roasting of the meat was observed.
A pleasant, peaceful atmosphere and a modern interior complement the positive impressions of the establishment. I recommend it!

Half of the items from the menu were missing, the waitress answered as if she were doing a favor, the bread for tartar was just burnt, the minion was streaked and as if boiled, the cheeks were overcooked, dry, the chicken with zhu sauce turned sour, hummus bitter, tap water : 1 glass for the price of a bottle
The manager simply did not fit, we had to approach ourselves and solve all the joints of the institution. As a result, they offered 10% to make amends for the situation. A company of 14 people, and everyone left unhappy.

Прекрасное заведение для завтрака. Французский тост с фисташковым кремом - просто сахарная бомба, но очень вкусно. Можно иногда себя таким побаловать. Сырники тоже рекомендую. Сразу при посадке наливают воду - такой подход к гостю ценен, сразу на душе приятно становится)
И стоит отметить еще интерьер - очень красиво и инстраграммно. Есть веранда с прекрасным видом на неоживленную улицу - по утрам уютно и тихо

Очень приятное заведение. Стильный интерьер, вечером играет крайне неплохой плейлист, хорошее обслуживание. Меню достойное, каждое заказанное блюдо оправдало ожидания, вкусные коктейли. Очень рекомендую к посещению. Цены по меркам Минска выше среднего.

Прилетели из Москвы и зашли по рекомендации знакомых. Обалденное место, я хочу туда вернуться, всё до каждой детали продуманно, стиль повсюду , начиная от шикарной входной двери, заканчивая уборной (произведение искусства) , где вместо обычного мыла, крема и диффузора здесь стоит Zielinski & Rozen. Музыка топ. Фирменный завтрак Дарлинг - это то что я обожаю есть по утрам, я влюблена в это место и если ещё придется посетить Минск - поеду сразу в Дарлинг💖💖💖💖💖

Прекрасный ресторан, спокойный, доброжелательный сервис, приятное меню, красивый и разнообразный интерьер. Меня особенно радует предсказуемость этого заведения, год назад было хорошо, полгода тоже и сейчас мы пришли также все вежливо и вкусно.
Опять же отмечу, что во вторник днем и в пятницу вечером будет одинаково качественное обслуживание, а не во вторник супер, а в пятницу забыли часть заказа или нет половины блюд из меню.

Была на завтраках с подругой! Все очень понравилось. Приветливый администратор и персонал. Официант ответил на все наши вопросы и помогла нам с выбором, которым остались очень довольны. Было очень вкусно. Отдельный отвал бошки десерт Павлова. Коктейльная и винная карта тоже очень порадовали, обязательно ещё вернусь чтобы попробовать все позиции.

Крутое, качественное заведение. Приятный персонал, уютный интерьер. Были на завтраке, все было очень вкусно. Единственный нюанс это не бюджетный ценник,но для центра города более чем гуманно.

Здесь очень красиво. Завтракали на террасе. практически на всех столах стояли бокалы с вином. Видимо, данный жест "предложить вино" фишка ресторана. Но мы пришли на завтрак. Кушали сырники с кокосовой сгущенкой и малиновым джемом. Было потрясающе вкусно!!!!
Данное заведение находится в классном месте. С террасы видно, как гуляют люди, Немигу, торговый центр, пешеходную улицу.
Люди в данное место приходят с денюжками, разумеется. Еда здесь не сказала бы, что слишком дорогая, но и не дешевая. Около 25 рублей я потратила на завтрак. Вполне приемлемо.
Очень приятные персонал и обслуживание. Увидев наши большие сумки, даже подставочку для нош принесли))

Чудесное место. Ходили несколько раз на завтрак и ни разу не пожалели. Отличный персонал, очень вкусные и сытные завтраки, ненавязчивая музыка и крутой кофе.

Завтраки топ. Бенедикт с лососем, субъективно, топ!
Кофе подают идеальной температуры.
Официанты внимательны. Могу приготовить что угодно для детей, даже того нет в меню.

Udon with shrimp was served as an over-salted pasta with shrimp, there were no noodles in udon. Caesar is over-salted, the chicken is dry, the kind of tomatoes is not a restaurant. The impressions are rather negative, the price is unreasonably high for such a service.

Одну звездочку персоналу.Все остальное ЖУТКО разочаровало.Сменили частично интерьер-нет больше живописных цветов "с потолка"...
Пришла на десерт Павлова,заявленный в меню.Его не оказалось.Предложили чизкейк.Запеканка в детском саду,сбоку с лепешкой из вареной сгущенки м-м-м сомнительного бежевого цвета.Подгоревшая снизу субстанция,без карамели и бисквита.Просто ощущение жидковатого подкисшего подгоревшего творога!Подобное даже представить себе сложно в наше время в центре столицы!Благо-,денег за "десерт"не взяли.Я его и не ела,впрочем.Наверное,данное заведение предполагает весьма непритязательных посетителей,способных скушать подобное.

Красиво, очень вкусно, цены покусываются, но иногда можно посидеть в красивом месте
Не раз приходили сюда на завтрак - это лучшее место, чтобы почувствовать себя немного лакшери и богемно позавтракать в воскресенье
Нравится интерьер и внимание к деталям в туалете:) валик для одежды, губки для обуви, любимые мыло и крем zelinski&rozen. А ещё кран из потолка:)) в общем, один из самых приятных туалетов для меня в городе 😄 только прошу, оформите снова кран зеленью - было так красиво

Приятный интерьер и прекрасные посетительницы- вот чем запомнилось мне это кафе. Всем этим я насладился сполна так как ждать мой заказ мне пришлось ровно 60 минут!!! И это не основное меню,а всего лишь завтрак. А началось все с хостес. Она отказалась посадить нас за понравившиеся столики с формулировкой: «там уже сидят», кто сидит за абсолютно пустыми столами я так и не понял)
Фишка заведения - официанты не записывают заказ а запоминают) Поскольку нас в компании было семеро, то наш официант возвращался 3 раза чтобы уточнить заказ. И в итоге все равно принёс лишний кофе)
Через полчаса он сообщил мне что повара не могут пожарить драник(!!!!!) и попросил выбрать другое блюдо.
В итоге через 60 минут нам вынесли наш заказ и о чудо! оказалось что все таки я буду есть драник!)
Кафе было заполнено на три четверти но более половины сидели просто с напитками поэтому списать долгое ожидание на «адскую загрузку» я не могу.
Что касается еды - вкусно. Не «безумно»,да и подача могла бы быть получше,но вкусно.
Вывод: ОЧЕНЬ долго,вкусно,не дёшево.

Приятный, уютный интерьер. Вежливый персонал.
Брала бенедикт — вкусно, хороший соус, приятное сочетание вкусов.
Четыре звезды за другое блюдо — драники с лососем. Сам драник был полусырой, соус сверху перекрывал весь вкус блюда. Но получилось распробовать лосось — свежий, малосольный. Самое то. Но драник и соус. Это боль.
