Hello everyone I could write a lot about the Dasmia fitness center in the glorious city of Bishkek, which I will do! The hall is located in a small distance from the center next to the ethnopark, I consider this a plus and not a minus, since a walk to the hall in my case from the Discovery hotel allowed me to warm up perfectly before training) Friendly staff (girls from the reception) and managers quickly arranged everything and gave me a pass to the hall), at my request, they gave me a discount on a one-time visit (many thanks to the manager Nargiz, a wonderful, beautiful girl who agreed with the management), my business trip did not allow me to purchase a subscription and the guys solved this problem for 5+🙏🏼 Wonderful, modern, large, spacious, fresh, equipped in the best possible way, beautiful, cozy despite the scope and comfortable hall He immediately captivated me with his qualities! It's all Dasmia❤ It would be possible to add something, but better in order! Friendly staff, huge changing rooms, a super gym, large and clean shower rooms, steam rooms and a hammam, a large swimming pool with mountain views and a children's pool make it possible not only to work hard on yourself, but also to relax after even if you come with a family with kids! According to the hardware; there is everything you need and even more) no one is standing in line, no one is pushing with their fifth points of support))) Personally, it was a thrill for me to walk with lunges after taking off! A super large track in the center of the hall allows you to do it with pleasure! You can take as many steps as you want in one direction👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Without maneuvering between simulators and athletes))) The coaches smile, greet, get acquainted without imposing their services, but most importantly, if you do something wrong, they will definitely tell you guys! The contingent in the hall is very super, there is no mat and show-off, everyone is working and resting quietly) After training, I recommend everyone to have a coffee at the bar at the exit of the hall! A wonderful fitness club. Arriving in Bishkek, I did not expect that I would find such pleasant and comfortable conditions for fitness classes. Clean air, pleasant pool water, no chlorine at all. High-quality service, they always communicate politely with clients, the coaches come up and help themselves. I was lucky that I bought a subscription for the promotion 2 at the price of 1. I definitely recommend it!
