The rooms are very nice, clean, tidy. The breakfasts are delicious, a wide variety of dishes.The staff is polite and attentive.The location is convenient, near cafes, banks, shopping centers. If I have to visit Aktobe again, I will choose this hotel.

The furniture was patched up, the pillows were terrible, the breakfast was just about nothing, like a bunch of all sorts of plates, but there was nothing to eat, I was saved only by scrambled eggs.
The heating and air conditioning system is a bit strange.
One of the advantages is an awesome mattress, clean and quiet.

Upon check-in, there was a disgruntled guest at the reception. During the eviction, someone was swearing at the reception again. Well, that's okay, the essence of swearing is not in the know, so let's omit it.
In total, I did not like it: The room was poorly cleaned, the hair was in a pencil case for disposable accessories. A 5*5 mm crumb on the floor from someone's food (i.e. rather big but clearly visible). The shower holder is barely holding on, the toilet bag holder is falling out. The drain in the bathroom is bad, i.e. when using the shower, the bathtub fills up. The bed is a mattress that is rumpled, lying on plywood. At the time of eviction, they asked to stay in order to rent a room - this is the first time they heard such a thing.
What I liked. there is parking, breakfast is free, in principle there is something to eat. Well, there is some standard of a respectable hotel, but they fall short in small things. 5.07.24

The hotel is combined with a business center. He lived in the smallest room. The room has everything that is stated. The furniture is new. The breakfast is a buffet, I rate it very well. Disadvantages. I stopped by late. The Mir card of Sberbank of the Russian Federation did not work. There was no local currency. They refused to settle without payment. It's good that my colleague's "World" map from Tinkoff worked. He paid for me. The ground floor of the restaurant is being renovated (July 2022), it is a little dusty.

A cozy and clean room with excellent price/quality ratio. The bathroom has everything you need, even if you arrived without your makeup.
I was pleased with the breakfast: they will fry a fresh omelet or scrambled eggs, not blanks. Delicious pastries and cool cheesecakes.

A very nice hotel. But there are problems with the remnants of the Sovkov mentality - when evicting, they were asked not to leave until they "accepted" the room. It was not the first time I encountered this, but it was usually typical for the remote province and Sovkovo hotels. In general, there is a dissonance between the level of the hotel and their Soviet practices.

I couldn't be checked in for 28 minutes. And this despite the fact that I made the reservation on Booking.com . The hotel itself is in the same building with some kind of organization. It's not very convenient. The reception staff is not efficient and attentive. Maybe I came across such a shift? The manager and the room service, if they left for lunch, then there is no point in waiting for them. Non-smoking rooms should be chosen carefully before checking in, because they can be smoky. The staff justifies themselves by saying that the guests are disturbing the order. Okay After half an hour of waiting for check-in, and not waiting for it, I had to cancel my reservation and look for another hotel.
