1) It takes a very long time to look for a person with a key to a box of tobacco products. And in general, it is not obvious for new customers that they need to call someone. Plus, there were times when I basically couldn't get there. After all, you can hang a sign and hang a bell button to call an employee. And give the key, for example, to the guard
2) My brother complained that the cashier was rude to him (in Kazakh, so that he would not "understand", but everything was clear from the context).
3) There is no way to influence the assortment. I understand that this is an overstated requirement, but the staff themselves offered to write down my number so that they could contact me later, but then, as expected, no one calls or writes
