I want to share my unpleasant impressions of my visit to this service station. Asked to do THAT. The administrator is quite an adequate person, however, when I entered the workshop in order to hand over the oil for the gearbox and transmission to the foreman and ask a couple of clarifying questions, some sleek guy jumped out like from a snuffbox - it looks like the station owner (a la the master of life) and let's get hysterical so that I leave the workshop and splutter with saliva as Did I even get there?! I calmly replied that I had entered through the door from the street and asked why he was talking to me like that, to which for some reason he began to ask about my technical education, threatening that he would now take off the car)) and mumble something else about the courtyard, cameras, and so on. Listen, I understand everything about safety and other rules, but the car is not cheap at all, and I needed to make sure that the craftsmen were competent, in addition, to transfer the materials for maintenance and resolve the contradictions in the amount of oil needed. So is it possible to talk a little more politely with clients, literally not to be a jerk? I've seen everything, but this is for sure... The game is shorter.

It's a great place. Nice people. They were accepted without an appointment, and the malfunction of the hub bearing was promptly determined with a phonendoscope. We ordered a spare part and promptly replaced it. No extra charges for additional work in the form of pressing the brake disc off the hub. All works were included in the pre-agreed price. Moreover, the collapse is included in the price by default, although in principle the hub replacement, if it occurs without removing the steering knuckle, does not require a collapse. In Moscow, did someone meet that the collapse was included in the cost of replacing the hub, also for 4 thousand rubles?

We fixed the car for a reasonable price. The person at the reception (most likely the manager) knows the inside of the cars, answered many questions.
And while the car was being made, I sat on a soft sofa and watched the process on the monitor! There is a coffee machine.

I repaired their GUR. There was a leak problem. They said they didn't fix it themselves, but they could take it off to their partners and then install it. We found something else in small things there, and I also did it. A year and a half later, the GUR started flowing again. I think there should be enough repairs for longer. This time I did it in a specialized service station, let's see how long it will last.
Well, as if it wasn't them who did it, but the partners and, in fact, not their joint, if not for the rest of the moments.
They also told me that the whole suspension is falling down, absolutely everything needs to be changed for many thousands of dollars. I said I didn't need to yet. They called back later and said they had found the perfect plan. They will leave my suspension, but they will insert silent blocks from another model into it. And all this is urgently needed, and in general they said that the car passed not 70 thousand, but 250 at least. But this is not the case, because I bought a new car and the entire mileage is mine. In general, I refused and quickly took the car from there. After that, I was at 2 other suspension diagnostics, where they said that everything was fine. After that, 2 years have passed and everything is perfect.
And they also forgot to put the rest of the GUR liquid in the trunk.
In general, I do not recommend it. The comrades are riding smartly on the ears.

The diagnosis leaves much to be desired.
I came for repairs, with suspicion of scars, diagnostics showed that the scars were normal, other spare parts were changed. After 1000km, there is a crunch and a strong backlash in the steering wheel. The Shrews have come to a complete end. It's good that it wasn't on the MKAD or the highway. What is the use of such a diagnosis? Now again, pay for the collapse, diagnostics, and a tow truck to the pile. I was also extremely surprised that they did not give a report on the uuk, there is only a price in the work certificate. They say their machine does not print the report.
I will definitely notify the tax and executive Committee about such a service.

They served us well. After the official dealer. I paid the money, but for real work. I drove it in, (check, oil, filter, brakes) left it, we called 10 times, bought everything ourselves (at a normal price), did it. I picked it up the next day. The flight is normal.

A good hundred. I handled suspension repairs on two cars. I liked the attitude and service. We did everything quickly, the prices are reasonable for both work and spare parts. What is important for me is that I didn't have to go anywhere, look for something and pick it up. I gave the car away, we picked up everything ourselves (although we had problems finding spare parts for the second car), we put it on. A minimum of hemorrhoids, gave the car away, did it, took it away. I really liked it. If necessary, I will come again.

I had to contact this service station. The car was inspected, they said a list of spare parts for replacement. Everything was fine, but only until they began to pick up the car. The work was completed, but errors began to light up on the instrument panel (previously there were no errors in the electronics of the car). Returning to them with the question of what is wrong and why (because the amount of repairs was not small), they replied, "ride for a few days and everything will be gone, otherwise come and we will figure it out." The weekend passed, we arrived for control checks, but the error did not go away. The car was left again for a day.
Result. The errors remained (they refer to the fact that there is no necessary equipment, without even warning about it in advance), the work, in my opinion, has not been completed in full. Not all of the replaced parts were given away and only after they were asked about them. We were dissatisfied with the service and with new problems

A good, reliable service station. They give a guarantee, during the warranty the defect was corrected (this happened only once) without additional payment.
It's inconvenient to stop by, but it's worth it. Parking space. Excellent service.
In such a "bear corner" it is amazing to find a modern equipped service station with the best craftsmen.

So far, on my Durango, I have only carried out repairs of the brake system, diagnostics of the internal combustion engine and suspension + oil / filter replacement. But the impressions are only positive. Thanks to the administrator George and the masters - they sent photos to Viber with "problematic" places and errors, advised what to do next.
