A very expensive store. Nearby shops are much cheaper. The staff is rude, as if you came to visit without asking and you climb through the cupboards in their house, and not the customer in the store. There is a mess on the shelves, especially in the household department - just boxes on top of each other and on the floor without any categorization of the goods.
It's easier to walk 200 meters down the street and buy at normal prices in a normal store

Hello, we would like to thank you for the warm welcome and delicious homemade dishes. The cafe has a pretty nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Every time we walk around Abkhazia, we traditionally stop by to eat in Gagra at this cafe. We fell in love the first time. We went into the store and met with the rudeness of the sellers. You stand in line at the checkout and the seller, seeing the queue, turns away and lays out the gum...after standing for 5 minutes, they still turned to me and punched a pie that had no meat in it...I don't advise anyone. Just take a little walk and go to a normal store

I ordered a pot, no one can cook it worse even at home. The waiter brings it and says "carefully the pot is hot", because it is implied that it is from the oven, this is understandable. But the potatoes in it are cold and she was the only one in it that was delicious, then just boiled meat, some pickled mushrooms and just mayonnaise and cheese were added. It's really not very tasty. The boat is brought raw, they do not react to comments and twist their face. There are a lot of reviews about the raw dough, but apparently the cook doesn't care about it and he/she is not friends with the dough at all. We paid for everything and +10% service. Do not waste your money and time here, as well as ruin your nerves and stomachs.

Such a review is because of the very hard barbecue.... + we ordered a khachapuri boat, but there is no cheese from the word at all
, potatoes with mushrooms are all in oil and, apparently, not the first freshness (it is clear that oil is supposed to be in this dish, but not in such quantities as we had)

Probably the worst cafe in Gagra ....
Khinkali with raw minced meat, rudeness in response to a remark. Refusal to replace the dish. The disgusting work of the waiter, I constantly had to ask for a fork, then a knife .... We came in four, as a result, the dishes were served with a gap of twenty minutes. One has eaten, the others are still waiting for their dish. The cook replied to the remark that khinkali is raw, that when she cooks them, she does not look into them. In general, it is better not to go there, so as not to spoil the mood. As a result, the bill included payment for raw khinkali and 10 percent for service. It's sad that such a disregard for the guests.

It is located at a busy intersection near the Grand hotel "Abkhazia" and the Gagra Water Park. There is a small shop on the street side. There is a cafe-restaurant with the same name on the side of the adjacent popular playground. On the second floor there are several rooms for tourists. The shop is a typical "supermarket in a phone booth" for these places.
Some marketable products, drinks, beach gadgets and children's toys are all in one room, which sometimes does not turn around properly. A cafe-restaurant with a veranda and several tables in the open air (in the shade of trees) with reasonable, pre-fixed prices. The quality of the kitchen directly depends on the cook currently working. They change three-in-three days. We had lunch and dinner there a couple of times, it was delicious. The third time with about the same razbludovka - not very much. Traditional local dishes are the best and most stable, for example, khachapur, boat, etc. There is free Wi-Fi, you need to ask the waiter for the connection code. But the data transfer rate is not up to par.
In general, the place is relatively popular precisely because of its convenient location.

"Kharcho" is the most tasteless!
In general, it is terrible and expensive!
And opposite there is a "Home kitchen" dining room - that's where the yummy is and like at home in Russia and no one has ever been poisoned there!!!
I advise you not to visit this place or the chefs to learn how to cook delicious food - You spoil your reputation!!!
