The building does not have air conditioning, it is stuffy and hot, they save on people. Today I will write a complaint to the president's office!

Terrible service, instead of serving people, everyone is on the phone, you hand over one certificate, pay the state fee, then wait for your cadastre for two weeks — it's terrible, so much nerves have been spent. If we paid everything, and cosmic amounts, so why do we have to wait a week, they say they will send an SMS notification, but no one sent me anything, and I had to waste money and time. They gave out coupons for no clear reason, although, in fact, they said: "Pay 400 thousand, they will call you." I came from Russia in April 2023 to restore my birth certificate. Thanks to the employees and personally to the manager for a personal reception, I accepted without any problems and helped to get everything. The staff are all neat, well-dressed, polite and understand what they are doing. I love Uzbekistan

Здание красивое, но очереди большие, работают до 18, потом все, если не успели пройти, то придётся приходить на следующий день и брать новый талон, поэтому лучше приходить заранее

Простую справку выдать не могут, посылают в разные инстанции, начальник вместо того чтобы решать вопросы с связанные с выдачей документов гражданам, заставляет операторов ходить с тряпками и убирать везде перед комиссией
