I was there, looking for a hotel for guests. Friendly staff, showed the rooms. Newly renovated, cozy and clean, breakfast included. They explained that this is a type of hostel, but there are rooms for one and two people. The prices are reasonable. The location is close to the city center, near the clothing market, canteens.

I do not recommend it at all, the condition is like a hostel, but you live separately, you can add a little bit and take a normal hotel.
