For me, the main thing is in vet.the doctor is love and awe towards the animal. It happens when doctors negligently and as if they examine animals through a conveyor belt, this is not the case in this clinic! We turned to sand in the urinary canal, a blockage, because of which the cat could not go to the toilet, was in a serious condition. They appointed a day hospital, the cat refused to eat, was stressed, but the clinic staff did everything possible to get at least a drop of food into it, for which I am infinitely grateful!!!! A few years ago, our family member stopped eating, his mood disappeared. They brought her to this "slaughterhouse", they didn't do any tests, they said that "it's depression, because she still hasn't got puppies." With the fight, they did tests that showed nothing. The next day, we went to another clinic, and, as it turned out, a tick bite. It was already too late to do anything, we were only anesthetized and given a drip with us so that we would not suffer. By evening she was gone.
It feels like people come there to sit out their working hours picking their noses. They don't give a damn about life at all. I will not speak for everyone, there are responsible people who know their business, but..
God forbid to contact such institutions, but I just want to wish, if necessary, that they fall into good hands!

I brought a cat here today. They didn't help her in any way, they didn't give her any advice. They said such banal things: "maybe she has fleas?". I would say that they were guessing. As a result, they offered to do an ultrasound, appointed a bunch of tests to make money. They also charged me for this "consultation".
P.S. We went to the "place across the street", the cat has a food allergy, gave 1 injection.
I strongly advise against this place, look for more. Your pet will thank you very much.
