We bought tiles for the facade — a batch of 100 m2. From the very beginning, communication with the manager was complete indifference and lack of interest in the sale. Apparently, this was the first and last signal to stop. But we still made a purchase. The goods were delivered to the facility, and we immediately warned the manager that the tiles were needed for the facade, that is, for exterior work. They kept it under a canopy on the street, as it should be. The first batch was laid, and a week later, when the builders returned for the second part, they found that part of the tile was covered with disgusting white efflorescences — a white coating. And this is not only on the laid tiles, but also in the boxes! We contacted the organization for a solution — a representative, Pavel Zhigimont, arrived during the day. And that's what he advised us.: "Wash the tile with a special solution." At the same time, the supplier stated that the tiles had to be stored in a dry place and kept out of moisture. What are you talking about? It's the facade, the exterior work, which means rain, snow and wind! How could you not have foreseen such a trivial thing? A day later, the manager called back and, instead of apologizing, stupidly accused us of storing the tiles incorrectly. The result is that the facade of our house is ruined, it all looks just disgusting and aesthetically awful! Such an attitude towards customers and the quality of the product is a disgrace for the manufacturer! The choice is yours, of course, but I strongly recommend against contacting this company. I'm leaving a review to warn others — don't repeat our mistakes!

Well, then. If you suddenly decide to buy a tile here, be prepared for some difficulties. First of all: the tile will curve away from the word altogether. Both in length and width, and in thickness. Even by the standards of the fact that the ordered tile should be curved. It seems that casting molds with different matrices were used. Secondly: they may differ in color from 1 batch.At the same time, it is quite noticeable. Yes, it can be painted in 1 color. But why is the client not warned about such moments? Thirdly: you will not be allowed to go to a meeting in controversial situations. When choosing a tile, I was guided by the reviews. They date back to 2021. It seems that their quality has dropped in two years. In general, I do not recommend it.

I strongly do not recommend this company. For two reasons: 1. Really bad service, inability of managers to communicate in case of conflict situations, controversial issues. They will convince you that you are a fool yourself, that you contacted them and encountered low-quality goods. 2. Tiles (there are nuances): The concrete tile itself is probably of acceptable quality in structure (8% turned out to be defective - decide for yourself how acceptable it is for you - we returned these 8% as an inadequate quality product and recommend that you do so in such a case). But even this return did not turn out to be so simple. As I said, they will convince you that you are a fool yourself, you do not know the technology of pouring tiles, laying. Actually, I came with the master and they couldn't operate on my ignorance. The white color of the concrete tile (Arlon brick, article 25.00) leaves much to be desired. See the photos for this review and decide for yourself. Instead of white, we got a gray-yellow / coffee color. The managers were aware of this jamb and knew that the color would be so much different – this is not an error of the article. According to the criterion of color, absolutely all purchased tiles can be considered improper, low-quality. (As well as the service – they did not warn about the color beforehand, they did not apologize after the fact). In general, the issue of tile quality turned out to be so controversial that I did not even think that such companies could still exist in the realities of a market economy. I recommend Director Pavel Nikolaevich Zhigimont to read this review very carefully and put the situation under control, teach his sales managers the usual cultural communication in conflict situations, and even better the ability not to bring them to them. In fact, there might not have been a conflict if the managers hadn't tried to convince me that I was a giraffe myself, actually veiling my joints. In conclusion, I will say that this situation is simply unacceptable in the service sector, in my subjective opinion. ------- In the 1st photo, a comparison with a showcase sample, and in the 2nd, the process of repainting their "white" tiles. Because of the flash, the color of the gray tile is a little off, but it's more like in the last photo - the flash was not used there. To the question of why I didn't hand over this gray tile, the answer is: 1. I was definitely told that the tile would be like in a showcase. There was no reason to double-check them. 2. I'm not a styling expert. While the master was laying the tiles, I was on a business trip. 3. The drawing of the Arlon stone suits me. But again, not the color.
