There is only one decent hotel in the city, and I think its main advantage is the magnificent views from the windows and from the restaurant. The hotel literally hangs over the Black Sea, you feel like you're in the cabin of an ocean liner))) The furniture is a little tired, but acceptable. The linen is fresh and clean. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.

Starting from the reception, smiling face, settling into the room quickly without waiting, housekeeping, beachfront location, the smell of the Black Sea and the sound of waves hitting the shore as an ideal lullaby for sleeping, breakfast types and service... It was perfect... However... There was also something that did not suit the established name as such a brand at all, I can't pass it by without writing it down. I arrived at the hotel in my car and there is a car parking area reserved for hotel customers in the shopping mall parking lot right next to the hotel. But when entering the parking lot, the orientation signs that actually had to be inserted into our eyes were either written on impossible-to-notice corners or things written on fake papers and attached to the wall. Go downstairs, go upstairs, go downstairs again, look for signs indicating Decoupled parking for hotel customers so that you will find it. We are asking, no one knows, everyone is a shopping mall customer. And friend, where is the hotel parking lot? In the end, we couldn't stand it, parked in a convenient place in the parking lot and gave up. We picked up the things, found out that there was an elevator going through the mall to the hotel and headed there, which we found what we were always looking for with a rickety and made-up sign indicating that there was a hotel parking lot next to a car wash area. But since our car was parked somewhere else, it didn't feel appropriate to bring it back. Shame on whoever is responsible for the parking lot of the hotel, whose floors, rooms, roof restaurant and kitchen are well managed in such a way that we will like it so much. Does every customer come to the hotel from the main gate by taxi or bus? Are those who come with their own vehicles, like us, customers who have always known the floor and location of the parking lot? I don't think so. We've been through a lot of torment. We have come a long way to this city, we are tired, is it so difficult to organize the direction signs showing the parking lot location? Or don't book a place like this at all, let everyone take care of themselves. But if you say that we have a service, it is your responsibility to present that service properly. That's clear... My first stay at the hotel started with such a troublesome welcome, but if I mention the rest of it, I'll be slammed. I have forgiven. I leave in peace of mind, having earned my right. Thanks...
