The hotel is beautiful and big. The staff is polite. The breakfast is great. Live music at the bar in the evenings. This may interfere if the room faces the courtyard. My room had windows facing the outside - nothing bothered me. One of the disadvantages is the outskirts of the town. There's nothing special. Grocery supermarkets are within walking distance.

We stayed with my family for the weekend. October October, despite my previous notification, the extra bedroom had not been put in, they made a bed next to us and the room was not big enough for an extra bed. There was no bathrobe in the room, they brought it when they wanted. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower of the room were empty. My wife came back from the bathroom and we waited for the missing items to be completed again. While waiting, we understood from the sounds in the corridor that all the rooms were missing on the floor where we were staying, the duty officer came and completed the deficiencies by going into the shower with his slippers from outside, unfortunately it was not hygienic. The mini bar was empty. So in short, everything was almost missing. The bed was very comfortable, the room temperature was good. Unfortunately, there were also shortcomings in the spa area. The towels were numbered, the water bottle was empty, the steam room was closed. Sauna, hot pool and large pool were nice. Since the buffet was not replenished quickly at breakfast, people took whatever they found. Our omelet order came quickly, but there was no tea for breakfast for a while.Restaurant prices were quite high.
Unfortunately, the name Dedeman and the hotel are not up to five-star standards

Оставался в этом отеле 1 ночь по пути в Грецию на машине. Очень хороший отель. Большие номера, дружелюбный персонал. Внутри отеля приятный дворик, вечером там живая музыка. Хоть и отель по карте находится у трассы, в номерах не шумно. Из минусов не весь персонал знает английский, либо знают не очень.
