Hair in food. I would understand it if the staff was proactive and professional about it. They didn’t even apologize. The manager approached our table only upon my request and said nothing valuable.

Good for casual and formal meetings. The menu format for lunch was good, although the dishes were not tasty as you would expect. The staff seems friendly, but overall I didn’t have the best vibes, sorry for being too subjective on a review, 3/5

I will not return at all after the last visit. I ordered a milkshake, which cost 2200 AMD, which is already quite expensive for such a cocktail. But what was my disappointment when, instead of a milkshake, I received a glass of impossibly churned miracle milk, where this milk was about 50 ml approximately. What is this supposed to mean? How can you consider your client stupid enough to bring this? If you don't have any product at the moment, then you can say so and change the order. Despite the fact that the cafe is half empty. After that, after a long wait, they bring an overcooked burger, in which there is a thin layer of meat and it almost consists of tomatoes and bread and literally falls apart in your hands while you eat. But perhaps the worst thing is the service. The waiters are very slow, with unhappy faces, as if you owe them something. And if you also decide to work for them, they look like you're taking their place, although the cafe is almost always 2/3 empty. Of the advantages of this place, probably only the cleanliness of the hall and tables. The design of the place is very outdated and the music is very loud and unpleasant.

It's a great place, we come here regularly several times a week. I tried some harissa here, since then I adore it and also take it every other time. Excellent value for money and taste. Cuisine of different countries. The coffee is really delicious. At the entrance, the department is small, something like a pastry shop or coffee point, where you can take coffee with you, or eat dessert or a quick sandwich.

Once a waiter lied to me and said that tips were not included in the bill so that I would leave him more tips. That was a long time ago. Recently I came again, namely today. I ordered soup and pasta for myself, and shish tauk for the girl. The waitress threw my pasta to my girlfriend, looking the other way, and left. I called her over, she said it seemed to me, and she didn't do that. and when asked to bring soup first, then only pasta, she said that it was impossible, but if you want, you can eat pasta cold. In general, a farce. Hire an administrator. It's no good.

If you don't want to waste your nerves, then choose another cafe.

Delicious burgers, fresh desserts, kebabs and lula are tolerable, khachapuri is always half-baked, in all salads old meat with the smell of dirty rags -I do not advise you to take it.
We often order food from here and come to lunch, unfortunately I can't give a good rating.
Cons: waiter service, delivery. The service is at a very low level. Several times we got a waitress named TATEV and every time she DOES NOT RECORD the order and FORGETS to add some of the dishes to the order! Every time! The last time she brought half of the order, and forgot part of it, we asked, she said she would be there in 2 minutes, but obviously she had just ordered more and we waited a very long time. Accordingly, the first part of the dish has cooled down. It wasn't the first time this had happened to her. It is unpleasant to eat a cold burger with hot salted French fries, which were asked not to salt at all! We asked to call the cafe administrator, to which we received an incredibly rude response from her and some other waiter, whom she initially tried to pass off as the cafe manager! I've never seen such rudeness from waiters. After our request, they basically did not remove the dirty dishes that had accumulated in large quantities from our table. When I asked to do this, when we were eating dessert, I was told that they would remove the dishes from dinner only after we left. As a result: refusal to inform the cafe administrator of our claim, refusal to issue a book of reviews to leave a complaint.
We come to cafes and restaurants every day to eat in a calm atmosphere, expect that the whole order will be brought to us, and if the waitress makes a mistake, we get a portion of negativity instead of eliminating the problem and the lack of civilized service.
The problem with delivery is almost the same. We order by phone. They often forget to put something in. Then some kind of dish, then the appliances. I have to call and they deliver the missing dish in an hour and a half, for which they originally paid, as a result, half of the lunch is already cooling down. It's a mess!
I wrote a good review earlier, we often went here and ordered delivery, but such a disrespectful attitude towards the client is repulsive. There is a large selection of other catering outlets in Yerevan.

A large restaurant with several kitchens. The waiters are restrained, but they did everything quickly. They don't speak much Russian, but they understand it. Absolutely no interest. I came, ate, paid, and left. The Armenian cuisine is delicious. Absolutely no salt. They filed a mismatch. It is already warm on the terrace in May. Cleanly maintained, but very average. I put 4 for the lack of color and pronounced hospitality.

I visited this place for the first time, ordered pasta with 4 cheeses and milk. The best for cheese lovers! They brought it hot, moderately salty. Then there was an eclair with custard for dessert. It is also very tasty and tender! The waiters were polite, they cleaned the empty plates on time.I recommend this place to tourists ☺️

This time I ordered pasta bolognese and a chicken sandwich. It's not dry, everything is hot, they bring it quickly. The sandwich was very juicy! The waiters are polite.
