A very pleasant place. We rested for a couple of days in October. The owners are trying very hard. Very well maintained area . Your own bar and cafe with delicious food. The sea is clear. Of course , there is nothing to do nearby . A place for privacy with nature.

We did not rest in this place, but for two years in a row we had lunch and dinner only in this institution, delicious food, large portions, good service. Yes, it's expensive, but we had enough to eat once a day for the whole day)) In other things, everyone chooses for themselves, we only liked the way they cook and the taste of the food here, our bellies were in order. We rested on this beach, rented sun loungers and umbrellas.
A completely boorish attitude towards the guests. We took the deck chairs, a guy came up to us and said, "What kind of amateur activity is this? These are all busy, go over there near the screaming speaker and take a chaise longue." We were shocked. Then he said, "first give me the money, then I'll bring the mattresses," we were completely stunned.

Location: far from all infrastructure, but if you go out and walk 300 m to the left, there will be a good restaurant, shops.
Rooms/territory: the rooms are old, shabby (but in Abkhazia it is generally everywhere), but large enough, a huge wardrobe, a towel drying area. And the dryer is hot in the bathroom. Conditioner. A great veranda for evening gatherings. The flooring of the boards is all crooked and oblique and the nails stick out. Young people are fine, but children or the elderly may stumble. All this is redeemed by the sea, which is exactly 50 meters from the door. An umbrella and sun beds are attached to you. Until 23:00, I think the music is playing loudly on the bar, you can't hear it in the room, but you can't listen to the sea in silence. And the Captain Black hotel is also nearby -there are generally super loud discos there, so for silence - not here. Personally, I didn't have enough of it.
Food: I'm sorry, but it was too horrible. Not a single piece of meat has been eaten, a Greek salad from a pile of Peking cabbage is what it is at all? Coffee is just milk, well, literally everything except KHACHAPUR was just disgusting. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: breakfast from 9:00!!!!!! Some people get up at 6-7 in the morning (especially those with a time difference), and at 9:00 they just open, in fact you will eat at 9:30, not earlier. There is no kitchen in the rooms, as a result, we had to make sandwiches, fruits and instant coffee for breakfast, but we wanted to have breakfast without problems. Guys, honestly, change the kitchen and you won't want to leave the hotel at all.
Service: I would give 5 stars for the work of the staff. Well done. As in Russia, of course, do not wait, no one will curry favor here, but on the contrary, the situation is as if he came to visit his relatives. Emma met us and showed us everything. The guys behind the bar quickly take and bring orders.
The sea: close, gorgeous. The beach itself is sandy, but the entrance to the water is still small pebbles, but not like in Sochi. There are very few people on the beach.
The overall impression is good, for Abkhazia with its service, this place is right at a good level, but please, for God's sake, do something with the food. I feel like I want to come back here. In general, I even wanted to put 3 stars at first, but after returning to Sochi, I immediately pulled back so much that I got 4 stars. Thanks for the rest.

This hotel and most importantly its employees - Irina and Emma have conquered our hearts! The place is gorgeous! 100% attitude and service!!! Yes, maybe someone will not like a little shabby furniture, but it's all leveled just by the attitude and the sea!!! Special thanks to Amiran, this man talks so enthusiastically about the place where he lives and loves that he wants to visit all the places! I can definitely say that we will come back here again and again!!!!!

We had a rest from June 15 to 30. I liked everything very much. Cleaning was done every three days, towels were changed, bed linen was changed every five days. The plumbing has been changed, the mattresses are new, an electric kettle has appeared in the room. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Some issues were resolved quickly. The waiters worked well and quickly. The food in the cafe is very tasty, everything is always fresh. The only thing we didn't expect was that all the food has gone up in price and not only in Del Mar. The beach is clean, sun beds for each room are fixed for vacationers, it is very convenient, the sea is clean. We have been staying at this hotel for the third time and this year we have enjoyed our vacation immensely. Thanks everyone. With a clear conscience, I give 5 stars for everything.

Two adults and two children had a rest for a whole week from July 2 to July 9. The first line is a very big plus. The rooms are large. But some furniture already needs to be replaced. Do not check into the last room near the parking lot. The generator works there if the lights are turned off in the village. It can start working at 5 a.m. You won't be able to sleep for a long time. He's very loud. Good breakfasts (two hot dishes plus a drink on the menu for each). However, sometimes it took a very long time to wait - twice they waited for almost an hour. Sun beds and an umbrella are attached to the room. They cleaned very well. Every three days. Replacement of the sheets as well. Linen - once every 5 days.
The beach is nice. Sand. Not a lot of people. There were a lot more people in the center of the village than on our beach.
We got caught in a terrible downpour on the last day of rest. We can say that the hotel and the vacationers were lucky. All the employees and guests of the hotel came to each other's aid. The consequences of the disaster were avoided, at least compared to other hotels in the village. Things are intact. Cars too.
The disadvantage of the hotel is the Internet. He's almost gone. I needed it for work, I had to connect roaming.
Despite some disadvantages, it's still 5 points. This is one of the best places. Let's come back again.))))

We were supposed to rest in this place from July 17th, but when we arrived there we were disappointed in everything! Before arriving, I asked the woman with whom I discussed the reservation how their situation was after the cataclysms that were on the entire Black Sea coast, they reassured me and replied that everything was fine with THEM! I understand that no one has ordered nature and I did not demand a refund of the money paid for the reservation, I was offended by the attitude towards us, tourists who, trusting the greed of the staff, stumbled into this resort destroyed by the elements. Apparently, my requests are different, and there was a global misunderstanding... since we couldn't even enter this hotel because the entrance was blocked by a huge, deep puddle. Having made our way through the territory of the beach, where with every step, I became more and more convinced that the picture and reality did not correspond to each other at all, we entered the hotel territory. Yes, they somehow cleaned up their 10-15 meters of the beach, but what is happening around and in the sea cannot be expressed in words!!! We did not live in this hotel, but the houses look very shabby and the beach is not as picturesque as in the video that was thrown off to me... there is devastation around, there are no roads... We went to another place.

The picture is certainly more vivid than it actually is. But we liked the fact that the first line, sandy beach, shops nearby. The hotel has a cafe, you can eat, near the sap station. The rooms are old, but clean and cozy. VERY comfortable bed and pillows, slept great! It's great for the kids there! The staff is customer-oriented, very responsive! We'll come again!

I liked everything. It is located on the shore. There are standard rooms, there are Deluxe rooms... They don't differ much, the deluxe rooms are newer, the plumbing is better, the furniture is better. A great cafe, everything is delicious, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, they will bring food directly to the veranda. The only thing I would add to the rooms is a kettle with dishes, and more sockets (only one free outlet). It doesn't apply to the hotel, but still....It will be ready--- there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. The village itself, so not to offend, is a complete wilderness (who is looking for entertainment and adventure, you are not here). In the hotel there is also--- at 22 o'clock there is a complete lights-out and silence (for families with children this is a plus).

In short: Del Mar gives an almost European gloss to the Rybzavod/Ldzaa area against the background of everything else.
Decent home cooking, compotes and draft beer, almost glamorous breakfasts.
Music is almost always normal too.
They didn't live in the rooms, but they looked quite comfortable.

Very cozy and delicious! We lived for 3 nights, and regretted that we didn't book for more days at once. We will definitely come back! A mini-hotel with a bar and restaurant. The rooms are bigger, comfortable and nice. The beach is behind the fence, on one side of the Musser, on the other is the Pitsunda nature Reserve with pine trees, beauty!
