I sent 50 kg of the weight of small things from Minsk to St. Petersburg, I could not be present at the loading myself.
They charged 70p for non-existent movers - the driver was loading.
They ignore chat messages - until recently it was not clear when and at what time the driver would go.
They work past the tax service - they promised a delivery agreement, but in the end they did nothing.
