A medium-sized business center, decently tired of time, in which the walls and decoration in the corridors crack in the style of standard budget facilities that they wanted to save money on. There are absolutely no guest parking spaces, and those that were made during construction are occupied by parking barriers. Accordingly, there is often a situation when there seems to be a lot of parking space, but you can't go there because it is closed. Apparently, the organization operating the business center considers it too low an occupation for itself to create normal (or equal) conditions for the clients of their tenants.

A comfortable business center, but ventilation is not working well. It can be stuffy in the heat, and the air conditioners sometimes smell of mold. In the lobby, the work of the air conditioners is not felt at all

It is better to go directly to the Palazzo for parking, there are almost no places nearby without a lock. Smokers at the entrance do not know how to read or count: there is a smoking sign 15 meters away, and they smoke right under it :)
Two elevators, a traffic jam for the entire hall during rush hours.
Delicious coffee and cakes downstairs.
