The support in whatsapp does not work well. They answer for a long time, they do not solve the questions.
There is no customer orientation.
The mobile application is slow, and some necessary functions are missing. Currency exchange in the mobile application is overestimated at times.

In the central office, only a junior employee, a Russian guy, was able to clearly explain the problem. He apologized for his employees. Thank him very much. And all you had to do was check the system for the possibility of transferring via Visa money sent. . It's a pity for the time and nerves spent. (Ros bank provided such a certificate for free, and even in English). To the question of where such prices come from, the answer is one: "We have such prices." There is no antimonopoly service, no central bank, or anyone else on them.... they are a private bank, they can do whatever they want.
