The next day we went to another manager and found out if there was money in the cash register, and he said yes there was and that we could withdraw a certain amount, we agreed, but then another manager appeared (maybe a senior one) and told us not to give anything, I wonder? They don't want to give us our own money. We realized that in this department we can't get a penny (of our own money). Then we asked to open a credit card in addition to a debit card secured by our own funds, and then the manager told us that we could not get a credit card because we were prohibited from doing so, and by the way, another manager said that we could get it, but we had to wait a week. As a result, we just went to another branch, and lo and behold, they immediately gave us a credit card and gave us cash without any problems.
