Disgusting dentistry. I had an appointment with Natalia's doctor, the first and last time. For the entire 40 minutes, I received a lot of indignation from the category of "How can this be...", "Doesn't it bother you?" and other similar comments. During the Prof.hyenas, everything was done very abruptly and not neatly, the face was completely flooded with water. Then, Natalia started commenting on my Oral B brush with the phrase "This is a brush for pensioners." It's been a long time since I've seen such unprofessionalism and rudeness in paid clinics, especially when seeking help. In addition, the clinic as a whole is in constant turmoil (they always can't find someone, it takes 20 minutes to decide who the assistant will go to, doctors can't find the right tools, etc.). Do not trust the customized reviews of this clinic. Otherwise, you will be left with my experience - crushed gums and rudeness for your money.

She came in with acute pain, the doctor took over the treatment without a snapshot, treated, as it turned out later, a healthy tooth - removed the nerve. When I complained a day later that the pain hadn't gone away, but had only worsened, they offered to come over with a picture. The "doctor" looked at the picture and showed me that he had treated everything well, but what hurts after treatment is normal.... By the way, in another clinic, the doctor immediately determined from the same picture that the problem was in the neighboring tooth - severe inflammation of the tooth root. Therefore, the professionalism of doctors is a big question. I don't recommend it.

Excellent clinic near the house! From the first moment, I felt like I was in caring and reliable hands! The theater begins with the wardrobe, and dentistry begins with the administrator. Here, the administrators are always greeted with a smile, which is very pleasant and dispels the last fears before visiting the dentist. Everything is great! When I first contacted, I was impressed by the attentiveness and responsiveness of the girl at the reception, who, even during a telephone conversation, found out the nature of my toothache and recommended that I take a picture right away. When I came to Dr. Fuad Samirovich with a picture, I was even more impressed by his professionalism and humanity!!! He made the impossible possible!!! You could have just removed the tooth, but he saved it!!! I wish you health, success, grateful patients and prosperity!!!

I applied for a prof.hygiene, I'm not doing it for the first time (in other clinics) and I'll say that here was the most terrible treatment, my head was shaken like I was a rag doll, the water flowed so that the back of my head was all wet and mascara flowed (they didn't give me any protection, even glasses).The price for such a service also turned out to be higher, which was voiced over the phone (I clarified all the nuances)
In general, it was very sad and insulting after the session, I did not think that there is still such a thing in paid clinics (

Dentalav dentistry just saved me!
On August 16, at 20:00, I was at an appointment at another dental clinic, where they removed caries and put a seal on me. After the treatment, I was given some kind of drug and told not to drink water for half an hour. I tried not to touch this area with my tongue, but when I touched the tooth, it turned out that it was poorly polished: there were bumps on the surface that caused me severe discomfort.
The clinic refused to accept me the next day for correction, offering to come only a week later. I contacted Dentalav with a request to polish the tooth and explained the situation. Despite the non-standard nature of the service, Dentalav responded immediately and agreed to help me on the same day, and they were very surprised that I was not accepted at another clinic and left to suffer for a week.
The doctor at Dentalav was very attentive and carefully removed all the irregularities, while not charging me money, since such a service is not even provided for them.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dentalav for its responsiveness, attentive attitude even to those who are not their patients, and for the high quality of work. Thank you very much!
