I would like the guys who ship the goods to give the buyer the right to choose when shipping lumber. I bought an imitation of a timber for the facade, I wanted to choose a more presentable-looking and not crooked, I was ignored when asked not to load it into the car immediately. I rejected a couple of boards (there was blue, a lot of knots and a broken groove), they were replaced with dissatisfaction, but they argued that in grade A this is acceptable. I do not dispute that it may be permissible, but when there is something to choose from, I think it is worth leaving this right to the buyer.

I want to start with the fact that the choice is good, the price is lower than other representatives of this industry.But when traveling to this base, specify all the details.When you receive the goods, always look at what they give you.Today I faced a situation when buying a 50x50 bar of natural moisture of 1-2 grades!Upon arrival at the base..paid...then I went to the warehouse, where they showed me a stack of 2m bars and said take it!As soon as I began to choose and look so that there was no curve, some minimal defects, as soon as the guy started telling me that they were not picking up from us, but taking it as it is.What did we have a conflict about?I began to explain to him that I had no questions about the grade..but I'm looking at geometry...why do I need a curved beam?..I'm paying money and I want to take a more or less high-quality product.....but I will not take a curve...... I will not describe this dialogue further....if you can even call it a dialogue... but...Look what they're giving you..especially in large quantities of wood....I think that people have the right to a quality product... and not to what they slip!

In short, they sold a lining of 13 mm instead of 15 (although 15 is written in the receipt)while I was engaged in culling and did not even think that it could be so. A very unpleasant situation did not expect such an outcome. I probably won't come here again

For the first time, I tried to cooperate with these suppliers and regretted it very much. They were misled and instead of a 6-meter board, a 4-meter board arrived. They refused to take it away, referring to the fact that the documents indicated and paid for a 4-meter. My words that I initially asked for everything 6-meter - were not accepted in any way. The antiseptic was forgotten by them, and did not arrive in the morning with a car (tree) but at 20:00 when it was already dark. We waited in vain, the workers' pay went nowhere. They are very irresponsible and not punctual. They are rude and do not want to accept their mistakes. The quality of the wood leaves much to be done. The check was more than 10000rub. Grade 1-2 corresponds to reality by 85%. I do not recommend working with them.
