We came to take photos. As a result, we waited 20 (!!!) minutes, and the photos were never printed. At the same time, I had to come up several times and clarify for myself when it would be ready, to which the staff responded: it's not ready yet, but you can pay and wait further)))
It seems to take 5 minutes to print a photo, and if something is broken, then you need to warn in advance that you will have to wait for 3 photos for an hour 🤬
