We express our gratitude to the Design Service team for the creation and high-quality implementation of the design project of our apartment in the residential complex Novaya Borovaya. Special thanks to the leading designer Natalia for her professionalism and fresh ideas. I am glad that all my doubts and questions were resolved promptly, correctly, with full consideration of my wishes! The studio was contacted on a recommendation, so we were partly confident in the result. The deadlines were very limited, after 4 months it was necessary to move into the apartment. It is clear that 4 months is a very limited period, because the apartment is large. Repairs are now coming to an end, deadlines are being met, a pleasant team and chief engineer Roman, we do not go beyond the budget. With the curator Alesya at the stage of furniture and decor selection.There were no special problems during the repair, the engineer constantly came to the facility, very strictly monitored compliance with deadlines and the completion of work stages.
Maybe a little messy review, I wanted to put in the review the most important thing that is important in the repair. I really liked the pleasant atmosphere in the team and the clear organization of work. Thank you for our cozy nest!

Please do not make our mistakes, the mistakes of those who signed the contract with them) now, after the expiration of time (4 months) from the moment of signing the contract, I can say that we have all the same problems that others have in the reviews. When we signed the contract, we read negative reviews and thought that people were picky and that we would certainly be satisfied with everything, you never know what cockroaches people have in their heads. But no, they were wrong))) I can tell you for a long time, for a very long time))) about the approach to work in this company, but if I shorten my story, the result is this: it remains to pay a little $ and, as it were, the long-awaited design project is in our hands. And it seems like we should be happy and drink champagne, but there is no point in it (the design project) because of flaws and mistakes)) even now I am writing a review and I see how Maya, the manager of this company, who basically gives instructions to all employees what is possible and what is not (and pretends that she is not in the course), prepares an answer to this: And you said that you were not satisfied, and why did you not write, and to whom did you tell, and I didn't know, etc., etc., but you didn't wait, and we still have time under the contract, and you... And we are... I will answer you right away, Maya has told you more than once and to you personally!) We had doubts when signing, going to a design studio, or to a private designer. We made a mistake, at the same time our friends hired a private designer, and they got a better result. My personal opinion is, if you need a design to get beautiful pictures, then you can come here))). By the way, we implement the pictures by re-signing a design contract with another design studio. And to summarize, if someone is too lazy to read: we paid about 2,500 out of 2,700 dollars for the project, and I basically do not pay the remaining $ 200, since the result of their work is just drawings with a bunch, a bunch of flaws and flaws that cannot be realized, and everything that can be done with them is sent to recyclables :) I'm not sorry for the money, I'm sorry for my time spent on such "specialists". Although, the excuses of the Manager Maya, sometimes lifted the mood for the whole day), until she stopped contacting them) ask them about our project, listen to what they tell me, and then you can dial me and I will tell you and show you what the "specialists have done" and I will treat you to coffee, only after that please make a decision! ) Have a nice day to everyone!

We turned to the studio as soon as we received the keys, a two-room apartment in the Lazurit residential complex. Initially, we argued with my husband for a very long time about the design, but thanks to the coordinated work of the entire studio: the director-Maya, the art director-Svetlana, the designers-Galina and Victoria, and even the administrator-Ksenia, we made the perfect design that both my husband and I liked. It is very valuable when they listen to your every word and understand what you want! Repairs have already begun. At the repair stage, we decided to order more author's support, curator Alesya is an excellent specialist, it's a pleasure to work with her!
