Good afternoon! Following numerous recommendations from friends, they applied for a design project in Prana. We were completely delighted, and we express our great gratitude to our Designer Olga!!! The nicest, smartest girl, a real professional. She listened very sensitively and attentively to our preferences, asked questions. At the beginning of the work, we ourselves did not know what exactly we wanted, we did not understand all the subtleties, there was no perfect picture in our head. After seeing Olga's project, we realized that this is exactly what we need! Everything is perfect to the smallest detail, thank you so much! In addition, all the work was very cool and pleasantly organized, meetings were scheduled for convenient dates and times, everything was clear on time. Good luck to the company, and Olga has interesting projects and even more satisfied customers) ❤

I'll start with the first impression -
when we came to the studio, Galina met us, told us in detail how the project was being developed, looked at our layout, immediately offered different options for redevelopment, of course, after talking with such a professional, there was no doubt that we would develop the design project in Prana.
Next, we came to meet our designer, filled out the documents and a checklist, where we explained in detail what we want, what equipment we already have, what we plan, and so on.
I will immediately note the apartment of 65 sq. m for two adults. In it, we wanted to see a bedroom, an office and a well-equipped kitchen with a living area in light shades, everything else is at the discretion of the designer. That was the end of the requests.
Now about the moments that are very confusing:
As I wrote earlier, we filled out a large checklist, plus we duplicated everything in the chat, the designer was absolutely uninterested, constantly forgetting everything that was discussed and told. 4 times they said that we have a robot vacuum cleaner, 5 times, when she again said that she had provided an outlet for a robot vacuum cleaner, just in case we were planning to buy it, they did not even fix it
At the exit, we got a very beautiful picture, I am the person who has absolutely no spatial thinking, I left the studio elated, signed the acceptance document and looked forward to the repair. The most interesting thing begins - the implementation, when we made the markings for the walls, we realized that we have narrow and small passages, when you enter the bedroom you rest against the wall and then a passage of 25 cm. In the same way, from the hallway to the kitchen. The doors in the bathroom and in the bedroom will bang against each other. The most important thing is the kitchen. It was extremely important for us, what they drew is almost impossible to do or it will look very strange, a bulging pinhole that looks just terrible, we learned this from 3D visualization from furniture makers. As a result, a maximum of 30% of the project remained, each time such details were revealed. Although we were assured that the designer-architect in the studio is very sorry that it happened, either we were unlucky with the designer, or before signing the acceptance certificate, we need to go to the apartment and double-check and visualize everything.

If at least someone stops this review from contacting this studio, then I'm not leaving this review in vain. At first it seems that everything is wonderful, the project is beautiful, the picture is even better, the drawings promise to embody any of your desires... Until it comes to the most difficult thing - repairs. The construction team they recommend is worth a separate "praise"! They will pull out all the money, they will forget to show receipts for materials, they will draw a magic estimate: 390 bags of plaster will be laid on an apartment in 50 squares, and no, the ceilings were not plastered, about 50 sheets of drywall 2.5 high, about 500 profiles, screws 38 packages of 1000 pieces, about 40 bags of tile glue and this is taking into account the fact that quartz vinyl was supposed to be on the floor with a lock. You can continue indefinitely. After undergoing rough repairs, of course, with another team, their excellent estimates required a maximum of a quarter of everything that was drawn. Let's go back to the design project. It has undergone maximum changes. A lot of things just didn't stand up from what was painted. The designer simply forgot that there are counters on the risers, but offered a very beautiful picture, completely forgetting that access is needed, for example. Everything from electrics to built-in furniture has undergone major changes. Just because everything is put on stream. They do not think about convenience at all, do not think through the details and do not think about the little things that can break the whole project. They will just draw what they like very quickly, without going into details, they will not think whether it is convenient, they will just say: furniture makers will put it. The whole answer. It's a shame that the money for the project was actually thrown away, and they are not small. Please think very carefully before contacting this studio. Spend money and a lot of nerves.
