I think that one of the most adequate children's polyclinics in the Frunze district, a fresh building, neat repairs,good specialists,a minimum of queues, there is a queue, but very rarely, and then, basically, it is a queue to the treatment room, for injections, but it occurs mainly during the holiday season, when there are not enough specialists and one serves the nurse, but despite this, she tries to cope faster, for which many thanks to them for this!
There are no queues for doctors, the electronic queue works well, there are always coupons, there have been no problems with this all the time

I really don't want the whole clinic to take off the star for dentistry… But it is impossible to remain silent. Emergency care is therefore an emergency because it is necessary to help on the day of treatment! Anya sends a child with a swollen tooth to another clinic for a panoramic picture, and if you don't have time to return, then you take a ticket for tomorrow. We didn't have a ticket to the surgeon for tomorrow, they said come tomorrow for a ticket for Monday, and here's the question - what will happen to the swollen tooth in 4 days??? The doctor flatly refused to open the tooth, because it needs to be removed, if necessary, then remove it for acute pain, what is this football for??? I could barely restrain myself from writing a complaint. Why does the doctor have such an attitude?

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the pediatrician Pogranovskaya, when I came to the call on 02/25/25, I didn't even know that temperature candles were included in the list of free medical drugs for a child under 3 years old (we are 1,7), but that's okay, the point is different.The child had a fever for several days, I asked for a referral for tests, OK, no questions asked.The next day, during correspondence with her on 02/28/25, she asked what was according to the results of the analysis, to which Pogranovskaya replied, they were normal, the antibiotic was not needed, we were watching further.The weekend is ahead, the temperature was still holding up, on Tuesday we go to our pediatrician Gulikova Margarita Petrovna and find out that these tests were "normal" and bad in all indicators (the inflammatory process is underway, ESR 25), and even then an antibiotic was required.As a result, 5 days of treatment are lost.These are the kind of doctors who work that they can't even do the basic thing, decode the blood.I hope the management will see the review and bring the minimum basics of knowledge to Pogranovskaya.
