Terrible service. I ordered and placed 5 items on the website, sent an SMS, and you can pick up the order. I arrived and instead of my order of 5 things, I saw 1 T-shirt and that was the wrong size. I wrote to the chatbot, made a repeat order with changes, but still with the same costume that they planned to give the child for the doctor. The first time they said go ahead and we'll call you when we find you, it was January 29th. They didn't call, they just wrote a rejection letter. I made a new order on February 3. They promised in the chat that everyone would come along. We also sent an SMS about readiness, we stopped by to pick it up today. But to say that I was shocked.....that's very mild. Again, that suit was missing (although it is stubbornly available on the website), and instead of a jacket, they put a completely different model, not even close to similar. And instead of a suit....pajamas. Well, 2 times is too much. So, we will refuse to shop in this department.
