Why? Yes, because it will be seen how children turn on cartoons and talk on the phone for hours...or children running, making noise, fighting...and the teachers are sitting at the computer in social networks, periodically shouting the word "QUIET!"...No, of course they deal with them and post pictures on Viber and VK...but this is only a small part of the time, rather a show-off. And so they are happy to give "homework" to their parents and that's it! It's easier that way...Oksana, as a leader, pays absolutely no attention to quality.
