I've read the negative reviews and I don't understand a bit. Maybe we got lucky and the staff changed. But. We liked it. The receptionist liked us as soon as we entered, the child immediately ran. Considering that the child does not like to get a haircut and cries all the time in any barbershop, we were ready, but the receptionist even helped to entertain the child. The hairdresser is also on top, she cut it a little bit longer, but with high quality and overall we are satisfied. Thank you!)

I've never written bad reviews, but I can't help but do it here, so that some more parents who are planning the baby's first haircut don't step on this rake. We were at the first haircut of a one-year-old child today, we signed up in advance. I called myself a day ago to confirm the recording, clarified that the haircut was the first and we want the "first haircut" service with a passport, photo and the first curl. We arrived on time, the master was late, as the administrator said that the haircut in the adult hall was not over yet. At the end, we were told the cost, which did not match the one we signed up for online. I clarified this question, to which they replied, "I should have warned the master in advance that you want a haircut with a passport and the first curl," we can now cut and glue the curl from the head (that is, at the end of the whole process, when we were already on payment, the child was dressed in clean clothes, and cut it off there was just nothing left). Then why did I specify this when recording online? And in general, the attitude is so-so, not friendly. The master seemed to be cutting a one-year-old child for the first time. So if you plan for everything to go as planned, do not forget to repeat three times exactly what you want in this barbershop
