The staff is absolutely not competent, they simply do not have the necessary information on many issues. I wasted a lot of time. I ordered the import or so-called "fence" of jewelry from Russia, having previously called the main office, where I was assured that this service was available to DHL customers, in the office at 40 Republic Avenue, Karaganda, I was also assured that this was not a problem for them. Everything was processed, I paid in full 28340 tons. Then the manager in Russia itself called the sender and found out that it was a piece of jewelry, simply refused the service, saying that this service was not provided by DHL. Now I returned to this office the next day and asked for a refund of my funds, since the service was not provided. But it turned out to be a problem of universal scale for the staff of this branch. I spent almost 2 hours while the girls figured out what the problem was, then how to make a refund correctly, then how to make this refund. Nonsense in my opinion...

Thanks to everyone who was involved in sending the letter, the whole DHL team! A very important document for us was delivered from Karaganda to Lebanon in 8 days, with detailed tracking, polite and considerate staff! By the way, for comparison, the same document was sent by Kazpost a month ago, so it has not yet left the Republic of Kazakhstan! And I wish DHL prosperity!

I ordered a phone sent by this service, not only was it brought on a weekday at 11.30 (three days ahead of schedule), they did not warn me beforehand. The courier refused to wait, since I was at work, he demanded that I show up immediately, and after I couldn't leave work on my own, he took off my order, which I found out about a few days later.I consider these actions to be unacceptable and not correct. I highly do not recommend this delivery company.
