A year passed, I went to undergo a technical inspection again, they turned me around saying that the headlights were shining brighter than normal, although there were no such questions last year. Naturally, I did not change the headlights during the year. There is a suspicion that they were just trying to cash in on me in order to send me for a second inspection. Since I have built-in modules for 1000 rubles, of course I will not do anything with them to reduce the brightness, since the whole point in them is lost. In fact, it is not the intensity of the light that is important, but its adjustment. An unregulated headlight will dazzle, even if it is not bright in itself, and an adjusted light will not dazzle, even if it is brighter. My opinion has deteriorated from the inspection, I will not go here anymore and I will not recommend them to my friends.
