A decent shopping center on the outskirts of Minsk with good shops inside. I mostly visit "LC Waikiki" and "Sinsay" in it with the best price/quality ratio - this is for clothes. Hippo, in turn, was also pleased. The choice is decent and the prices do not bite, even on the food court.
