There's a problem with the photo. You should not submit your photos for printing at the lab. They don't have a calibrated one, and the paper may not be of an understandable quality. You will not be able to get a WHITE frame. It will be from a light beige to a reddish shade. Everything tends to go into Sepia. The green shades disappear completely. That was 6 months ago. I tried to talk to the staff, but they were off topic. Excuses at the kindergarten level. On April 25, 2025, I got the same quality again. white = beige green = red All your work on color rendering and correction is going down the drain. Sad sad ... Here only for urgent printing on a printer, God forbid, to start working with them on creative photography. Everything gets screwed up. The photo shows a piece of White field I was printing passport photos. The A4 sheet of white paper has gone to a standard shade of 13% gray and the photo paper is clearly legible BEIGE and the white background on the passport photo is also BEIGE.

The worst place to digitize a video cassette!The material was not played on any device other than the employee's work computer. The staff claimed that they had nothing to do with this problem and sent them to deal with their own master on their own. The whole conversation referred to the fact that the problem was in my USB flash drive, in my computer and in my player (however, they did not take into account the fact that I gave a completely serviceable USB flash drive and all the other videos played perfectly on my computer.....)
