I've been there twice in winter. The hotel is well located and the price and quality match. Hot water is always available, mattresses are hard, and the heating system works perfectly. The staff is good-natured, ready to help. It makes no sense to take off-season breakfasts, there is no food, only eggs are edible. There are refrigerators in the rooms, you can solve the issue of breakfast yourself. This nuance does not spoil the impression of the hotel.They seem to be well fed in the season. I recommend it!

Of course, this is not a hotel, but rather a guest house. It's not the first time we've lived in 3*, and we love guest houses, but I definitely wouldn't come back here. Maybe it's better here in the season, but we lived here in early April, and everything seemed kind of neglected. Although many rooms were occupied, there were no tables available for breakfast, for example. But the whole area still doesn't seem to have woken up after the winter, the pool is empty, and public spaces are generally sad - the glass door at the reception is broken, the once-white oilcloths in the dining room are stained with curly tomato stains, the smell of old fat is coming from the kitchen, dust and cobwebs are in the ironing room, and the toilet is for those who haven't moved in yet or already he moved out, so ugly and black and green that you wonder how you can be so indifferent to the place where you work.
The rooms are very small. We changed 211, which was just nowhere for the two of us to turn around, to the only room offered on the ground floor - 104. He was more ascetic, but at least he was bigger and looked out on the quiet and sunny side. I think that 204-207 and the same rooms on the third floor are the most pleasant option in terms of view (of the mountains) and light. The room has only beds, a wardrobe, one bedside table for two, a refrigerator, a TV. There are not even chairs to put things in for the night ("there are no rooms on the ground floor," said the receptionist) - we took plastic ones from the balcony. There are no shelves in the bathroom and only two hooks.
The audibility is excellent - both from the common dining area, where the doors of all rooms open, and from the neighbors.
The breakfasts were monotonous, and it was the same for seven days. If you like the Turkish version, then it will suit you. Lentil soup, lots of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, zucchini/eggplant in butter, salty cheese like cheese, portioned jam, inedible raspberry sausage, margarine. No fruit, so we bought our own strawberries and apples. Delicious airy bread, sponge cake, hard-boiled eggs, something like scrambled eggs-shakshuki - with tomatoes, onions and peppers. Once it was just an icing and once they fried croutons. Tasteless coffee from the vending machine, tea. If something ends, then se la vie :) Therefore, everyone is in a hurry for 8 o'clock. By 9, the "top" positions, like biscuit, are running out :))
The garbage was taken out five times, towels were changed a couple of times, somehow cleaned up - once a week. In general, the room is clean, the linen is white, the towels are dilapidated. They provide beach towels on request (such light and thin checkered ones).
Among the advantages: mattresses of good rigidity, silent air conditioning, excellent location - 9 minutes to the city beach, 15-20 minutes to the sandy Moonlight, 10 minutes to the big Migros and exchangers (the best exchange rate at the post office), to the central bus stop (we went to the Goynuk gorge, to Phaselis, to Antalya on the 08 express) - the same amount.
In general, you should not expect coziness and comfort from a hotel at all, it is acceptable - yes, no more. If you are alone in your room, if you have bought a very cheap tour, if you have come to walk rather than stay in a hotel, if you are just a positive person in life, then this is a suitable option :) A good vacation here is more likely to work in spite of, rather than because of :)

The staff is friendly, the hotel and the territory are always clean, if desired, you can safely get into the pool every day, there is no heavy workload. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, there was enough for everyone (let's be reasonable, a person who chooses not 5 stars should understand that no one will feed oysters for breakfast). Wi-fi in the room works well (free Internet in the lobby, in the room-payment is separate, it was not expensive).
The room has everything you need, I would like to note separately that the refrigerator and air conditioner really worked without problems.👌🏻

I'm staying at this hotel from October 21st to 28th. Cons: Very small rooms, a baby refrigerator, no full-length mirrors either in the room or in the halls.The towels are old, there is no kettle, the breakfasts are as they say-there seems to be something to eat, but everything is not neatly chopped (eggs, eggplant, tomatoes, olives, watermelon and melon are not tasty). Coffee and tea are normal, you can order food and coffee during the day. The owner of the hotel needs to send the cook to study, otherwise everything is not delicious, even slicing vegetables is terrible.And learn how to cook an omelet, and do not cook eggplants in sunflower oil. I was sunbathing by the pool , the sun beds are broken, the water in the pool is icy. There are no kebabs or cafes near the hotel, and in general, Kemer was surprised that there is no takeaway coffee anywhere, there are no tents with shawarma (or whatever they call it) and other street food. There are also almost no fruit ruins.
The audibility in the rooms is terrible. From all sides, voices, noises, plus music from the neighboring hotel.There are few outlets in the room , take a tee from home , because I don't even know where to buy it, and you can take a thermos - boiling water will be given in the dining room or a small electric kettle.
Advantages: clean territory .
I suggest: Install a microwave oven in the dining room, remove the terrible oilcloth from the tables, make boiling water available. I'm going to review the food, who eats margarine? . The kitchen , although a budget hotel , is not at all neat and the food is very bad.
Otherwise, everything worked from the equipment: the water was pouring, the air conditioning was normal, there were locks, a safe of 1 euro per day.

A cozy family hotel, I really liked my stay at this hotel, I want to come back! The staff is friendly, fulfills any requests quickly, cleaning on request on the same day. there are towels, shampoo, soap. they give me a beach towel, the hair dryer worked properly in the room., the water is hot and cold all the time, once only in my room in the morning there was no hot water, but in other rooms there was. I got a room with a view that wasn't very good..head-on at the neighboring hotel, there were rooms and a better view, but this did not spoil the rest, on the contrary, then I liked that there was shade and the room was not hot.The air conditioner freezes well. the room has 2 beds, a table with a mirror, bedside tables , a wardrobe with hangers , a refrigerator, a bathtub — I did not understand the joke that there is no curb at the shower — water flows on the floor all over the bathtub, then I collected it with a towel.but everything dries quickly, there is a hood, in other rooms there were windows in the bathroom to ventilate. A simple budget city hotel with a good location. Friendly staff, simple meals without frills, small territory. Normal WiFi is only available at the reception (free of charge). The rooms are very small. The shower is a curtained corner of the toilet room next to the toilet bowl.
Those who stay in five-star hotels are unlikely to like it.

In August, we vacationed with my husband at this hotel, we immediately knew that there was only breakfast and not everything was included, so we did not wait much because the budget was limited. Fortunately, the hotel territory is clean, the rooms are good, there is even a refrigerator in the room, which is not typical for a 3* hotel, the pool on the territory is large and clean, the staff is very polite, a young man named Mustafa met at the reception, was very friendly and always helped to solve all the issues during the rest. Breakfast is monotonous, but we were not hungry, throughout the day you can always order food from the menu for money, the prices are adequate. We also got a Turkish night at the hotel, it pays $ 15 per person, who wants to go. We went and did not regret it, the food was a buffet, then a belly dancer and after a disco until 12 at night, the hotel owner was also present at the evening, a very pleasant and smiling man has fun with all the guests, very friendly to everyone.
As a result, we had a very good rest for our budget and are grateful to all the hotel staff for their attitude towards tourists and for their conscientious work.

THE GOLDEN STAR OF KEMER!
I bought the most budget tour from Biblioglobus 59 thousand for 10 nights. Aeroflot flight from Moscow Sheremetyevo. Transfer parking is very convenient at Antalya Airport. A-4 and the bus number are written on the voucher. Simple and understandable. Fit Holiday's accompanying and hotel guides work well. At the reception, Mustafa greeted me like a native and gave me the number as I asked for 314 without any additional charges. The room is great! All furniture and mattresses are new and bright. The shower in the recess behind the curtain was working properly, there was always hot water. If someone needs something, then you should definitely tell the maid or at the reception and they will bring everything to you. My friend asked for a blanket and they gave it to her. There are shampoos and soaps, but I love mine. The refrigerator freezes properly. The balcony is huge with a view of the neighboring house, behind which there are many trees with singing birds. I swam in the pool. The water is clean, it doesn't smell like bleach! They have already written about delicious plentiful breakfasts before me.Cm.I took pictures of everything. I'll give you an A for animation. There was a Turkish night with dancing and a buffet (price $ 15). The sea is wonderful, I went to the nearest beach at the Famous Residents. I bought food in the nearest supermarkets, cooked it myself, did not use the service of the hotel restaurant, but it is there and it is delicious! Rested from 8 to 14 October. I specially took 3* and only breakfast, because I planned not to overeat on all inclusive, and in general, it's so convenient for me personally - I ate and go for a walk or excursions for the whole day, I'm not tied to the hotel in terms of food. So I'm fine. The hotel is in the city center, everything is nearby - shops, pharmacies, the Kemer Tower clock tower, Ataturk Park, the Huzur Jami Mosque, 5-8 minutes walk to the sea, depending on what step, along the way a lot of flowers, pomegranates, palm trees, citrus fruits grow... Wi-Fi is free at the reception, it was enough for me to send and write everything on VKontakte and WhatsApp. Breakfast is normal. You'll eat for sure. Every day I ate sweet watermelon 🍉The rooms are clean, there is everything you need. The garbage is being taken out, tual. paper is added as needed, floors are washed.
Near the Astoria Hotel in the evening, music/ disco screamed songs, at first I even danced, then I got tired of the same repertoire.
There is a swimming pool, I once took a swim, I lay on the sunbed, I sunbathed, everything is normal. The water is clean, pleasant, I swam alone, because everyone was at sea, and I was tired and decided not to go

We lived there for three days and three nights. Most of all, we loved the night. Because in a dream you don't think about where you are.
Instead of a blanket, a rag that looks like a towel.
The food is warm only from 8:00 to 8:15.
WI-FI costs one dollar per day. And sometimes it doesn't work for hours. I had to go to a nearby hotel. And pay a dollar already into their coffers.

The furniture in the rooms was made under Lenin, durable.
The refrigerator is clearly tired in its 80 years on this earth. Therefore, it cools only a little, take care that no one has a sore throat.
If you open the door, the air conditioner turns off immediately. Therefore, you will not be able to eat a fish and not serve it with a bone. You'll have to choose: oxygen or coolness.
Only the seals are happy, of which there are a lot on the territory. They are the best thing in the hotel.

I was in the top three in Turkey, so I can say that this hotel is only business (in relation to tourists) and nothing personal. We arrived at about 11 a.m., we did not feel any special warmth at the meeting, as usually happens, we were told to come at 14 o'clock. After 14, they talked for 10 minutes every time and so on several times) The room was given in the second building on the third floor. So smoky that there are no words, the bed linen is in pellets, red, with someone else's hair, it was just terrifying. The pillows are stuffed with some pieces of unknown material, i.e. homemade. We asked to see something else and below, they said there are no more rooms, this is the first time. The air conditioner turns off automatically when the balcony doors are opened)) They do not give water , there were small shampoos and lumpy fine soap when checking in, there is no liquid soap.I will not talk about the fact that the floor in the shower, as well as the toilet, is constantly in the water, I have already written here that there is simply a drain in the floor and there is no cubicle or bathtub. We had breakfast meals and they were very poor!!! Soup, boiled eggs, stewed eggplant, vegetables, cottage cheese, olives, watermelon, pie, and even a portion of margarine)) Coffee and coffee machines (none) and tea. In the other three (with a very low rating! But which turned out to be much better), which we went to last year, we were allowed to drink coffee and tea, as well as water from the cooler, even around the clock-unlimited, there is nothing like that here.The dining room is outside under canopies and without any fans, it is impossible to have breakfast in the heat and with high humidity. The dishes after breakfast were collected and taken to the sink by the tourists themselves! And we cleaned it from food ourselves too!))) The cleaning is also superficial, sometimes the maid came in and asked if there was any garbage and that was it.Bed linen and towels were changed 2 times in 12 days at our request.There is no sound insulation in the rooms. Wi-Fi in a room for 1 device is $ 1 per day, or 30 liras. The speed is 1.5 MB)) Free WiFi at the reception and the speed is the same, i.e. you will not be able to talk normally and send the file too. The hotel does not have its own beach, this is understandable, it takes 8 minutes to walk to the state beach, where the sunbed is 25 lira. On the night of departure, no one woke up, no one helped with the suitcases! In general, from all of the above, I have an opinion about the hotel. I don't want to go there anymore! Believe me, there are excellent threesomes in Kemer, which are closer to the sea and possibly cheaper)

It looks more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The rooms are small, and the towels are the same. The breakfasts are specific, in general, I do not advise those who are used to the service, good rooms and delicious breakfasts. There is no private beach. It is unclear how the hotel has so many positive reviews.

Lunch/dinner can be ordered separately at the hotel.The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from the sea (5-7 min. Along cozy streets), near the clock tower, Liman Street. The staff is very polite and ready to help in any situation. Be kinder, respect the work of other people... don't look for flaws... Spend time out of the room... take a walk, enjoy the beauty of Kemer and the sea...

In general, I fell asleep to the cacophony: from the window the noise from the roadway and the disco from the neighboring hotel, and from the door the loud sounds of a Turkish TV series (TV in the dining room) The breakfast is hearty, monotonous (soup, salads, eggs, eggplant, bread, sausage, olives, pastries sometimes from what was not eaten the day before) This is normal for a troika. The place is good. The staff is wonderful, it's a pity that they refused to replace the room, otherwise there are no complaints. Internet in the lobby is free, in the room 20 lira per day for one device. In general, it's very good for the three, all the nuances are clear, inherent in resort towns (and where is it not noisy?)

But, there is no internet in the room, only for an additional fee. And they promised the Internet.
They also smoke everywhere. It's just terrible, especially where they give you the Internet for free.

The owner of the hotel is rotten. I dropped the kittens from a height and threw them out into the street. And this is in the holy month of Ramadan. He regretted three kopecks for sterilization, he had no time to attach kittens. Because of the fall, the kittens cannot eat. Instead of resting, we are looking for help and trying to help animals.
