In Gomel, we only have a large Mandarin center with a grocery store. And the rest of the shopping center "Secret", the Department Store is only duffel. There are very few good shops in a big city.

You can build a bomb shelter out of these, since they are so hard that they will withstand not only an attempt to bite off, but also something more serious.
