A very nice hotel. A clean room. Air conditioning, hair dryer, daily change of towels,slippers, bathrobes. Polite and competent staff. A restaurant with a varied and high-quality selection of dishes and drinks. You can order breakfast the next day, in order not to wait for cooking. The breakfasts to order are very plentiful. Good location. All the main interesting objects are within walking distance: the sea, the market,parks, a museum, concert venues, etc.

The hotel itself is quite comfortable. The restaurant has excellent breakfasts, and in general the food is delicious. The staff responds promptly to the problems they have voiced. The location is great, both near the center and close to the waterfront. I would have put a solid five, if not for a small incident during check-in: the hotel administration could not provide me with one of the rooms I had booked on time due to a visitor who did not want to leave it in a timely manner.

There are some difficulties with establishments in Abkhazia, but it got to the heart. Delicious food, good service, prices do not bite, a diverse selection of drinks and dishes. This is an amazing place, I recommend you to visit. Feel free to come in. They cook very tasty. The staff is very friendly and polite. The music in the restaurant is pleasant, we ate to the classics. For two people without alcohol, it turned out to be 1,500, which, I think, is very little for that service and level. The price tag is here, just like in Nartaa. The place is very beautiful inside. My wife and I were satisfied.

The first thing that extremely surprised 2 different menus, the difference in which is around 200p.
Meat in Abkhaz in one menu is 520 rubles, in the other it is already 720 rubles.
Champagne can be purchased only by asking the waiter. What is indicated in the menu is missing as such…
The chicken soup turned out to be ordinary water with chicken... there was no smell of broth…
Expectation… Everything was prepared for a very long time! Of the characteristic disadvantages, they did not warn about this! The "boat" was expected for 30 minutes))) In the process of waiting, I asked for a bottle of Pitsundsky, the bottle was brought, but the glass was forgotten to serve))) To the question, will you give me a beer mug, the answer was, what didn't I give you? 😂
On the plus side, yes, the very "Meat in Abkhazian" turned out to be very tasty! Thanks to the cook, at least for that)
As a result, the restaurant has a solid 3... The quality of service suffers…

We stopped for a snack, the kitchen is good, and the place itself looks expensive. There is a smoking room, if anyone cares, but there is also a veranda. Good homemade chacha. After a while, we decided to come in again and the attitude and service was not very good. There was no chef of European cuisine, the waitress was rude... We did not sit in the end, so as not to spoil the impression of this institution too much.

We visited this place once. The dishes were brought in 50/50 quality. One dish was delicious, the second (salad with chicken liver) was almost impossible to eat, as they poured a thick sauce with a slide. Of course, they did not warn about this in advance.
There was a menu on a shelf inside the room, and while waiting for the waiter, we got acquainted with it and already chose the dishes. But the waiter brought a different menu, with higher prices. An unpleasant situation. They didn't explain it to us in any way. There is probably a menu for their own, and there is for tourists.
We do not recommend this institution.

A very cozy place! The waitress is attentive and polite. I can't say for sure about the waiting time, since the lights were turned off in Sukhum before that and the stoves were already cold. While they warmed them up.... We ordered carbanara pasta and bolonaise for the children, a hot frying pan with chicken, coffee, juice for ourselves. All together, it came out at 1,540 rubles. Very tasty! We went to the hot springs, and on the way back we returned for dinner!))

I'm a tourist. I went to the place based on the beautiful appearance and reviews from 2 gis. It's nice inside, that's all)
I couldn't try the kitchen.
We made an order at 12:15. The waitress said that before us (attention) 1 table has already made an order and you will need to wait a little longer, 20-25 minutes. We agreed, this is a normal, adequate time.
The order consisted of 3 courses, coffee and juice. Coffee and juice were brought, but they couldn't do the rest for 45 minutes.
The very 1 table that made the order before us was served. Then they made dishes with them, and after that they baked pizza with them. (As it turned out, these were some relatives of the owners). I understood this by the fact that the woman who baked over 2 men and a boy at the table eventually asked the waitress why the cook did not put the dishes in the oven for us (she started asking after we refused to eat at 13:00 in general).
We waited 45 minutes for at least 1 of the 3 dishes to be taken out, but this did not happen. Although against the background of us in A RESTAURANT IN THE CITY CENTER WITH SEATING AT 2 TABLES. It is clear that you have your own relatives, it is better to feed your sons, grandchildren, customers will wait))
I do not recommend this place from the word at all, because of the filthy attitude towards customers.
We paid 500 rubles for coffee and juice, after waiting 45 minutes for food.
You cannot pay with a card, only cash or transfer.

We lived in a hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant, very high quality and pleasant serving, as it should be.
We had lunch and were also satisfied. The prices are ordinary, not sky-high. In the evening there are people there are tables on the street.
According to the results of the trip to Abkhazia, I will say that I recommend it better than many and have an idea of how it should be in terms of cleanliness, quality of food, serving.

We celebrated the new year 2022, booked literally at the last moment - everything was great, delicious, the quality is OK.
Not a critical drawback: by morning there was already not everything on the menu, especially from drinks. Prices are above average (Abkhazian).
By coincidence, they turned out to be repeated - all alternatives were unavailable. What was my surprise - how much worse was the second visit:
There is no service - 1.5 hours of waiting (with an empty hall), then cold dishes are taken out, the appliances are not asked for and will not wait (When taking out dishes, the waiters cannot indicate what it is they brought. That is, they don't care about their work.
The taste is brrr, cold potatoes with meat in a frying pan (cold soups, heated barbecue ((( This, let me remind you, with an hour and a half of waiting.
Loud music, despite the fact that the hall is empty. Besides us, there is only one other company with children who, as it were, were also against it.
In general, despite the first positive impression (even at first I left a 100% positive review), we will not go there for anything, but we advise you to avoid it.

One of the best hotels in Sukhumi. One of the obvious advantages is its own closed parking. If you come here with a car rented in the Russian Federation (our hard hat does not work in Abkhazia), then you can sleep peacefully.
Breakfast, although not a buffet, but as standard every time there was porridge, egg / omelet / icing, 2 pieces of sausage, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of tomato, 2 pieces of cucumber, tea. I couldn't eat everything. You can ask for a container and take it with you.
The location is close to the center.
Comfort - there are almost no complaints about the rooms and the interior. The bathroom had underfloor heating.
In general, I recommend it!
