We ordered a chest of drawers and, perhaps, we will never contact this company again.
1) Instead of the promised 2-3 days, the order arrived on the 5th day.
2) They were not informed that delivery is made via Belpost by cash on delivery, and therefore the goods could not be checked before payment.
3) They didn't bring what they ordered (folding chairs and a table came to the garden).
When solving this problem, they immediately promised that they would solve all the issues. As a result: there was no response in the mail, the phone was constantly unavailable, messages in messengers were simply being read (and we are still waiting).
4) We have NEVER been contacted by phone (even after leaving a message on the answering machine).
The furniture may be good, but be prepared for problems at the product launch stage.
