I bought bathroom tiles here. I was extremely satisfied. We collaborated with consultant Julia. We have worked out all possible options. 3D visualization on a computer helps a lot to determine. Julia built a model taking into account all the nuances of the layout and then we went through a lot of tile options together. For the most liked ones, the girl made a cost calculation. After the final selection, Julia printed out a view of the bathroom from several viewing points and the most optimal scan for builders. Thank you very much to Keramin and Yulia for the fruitful cooperation!

Quite. There are consultants, large collections, promotions, delivery and lifting to the floor. I didn't understand the logistics algorithm, but they brought everything, albeit several times. This needs to be finalized. The tile was ordered for the weekend and then a call on Thursday: "We will be there in 15 minutes! Won't it work? Well, then we'll bring it as we wanted :)"

The Keramin discount center left a bad impression about itself. The first calls about keramin were a couple of days before the trip here, when I tried to clarify the availability of tiles, I did not get through and the feedback form did not call back as well. Upon arrival, I discovered the absence of what I wanted, walking between the rows of tiles and choosing the one that I liked, it turned out that I couldn't buy it without an ugly decor. Speaking with the consultant that I do not need decor, I just want to make walls in one color, I was told that since the collection is running out, I need to buy with decor and I can not use it.... What the hell is going on? Why should I buy products of questionable appearance and quality from a collection in which, as it turned out, the floor tiles ran out... In general, I do not recommend this office...

The first time we bought a sink with a pedestal and a toilet bowl. They took the money, they didn't give the goods back, because there was no storekeeper!! Today we took the closet to the bathroom. There is no loader. We need to take them off the display case, pack and ship them ourselves!!! Fantasy. I think we should write a complaint somewhere higher. The director cannot organize the work of the store.

Everything is fine, the staff is wonderful, but.... we mixed up the design options and incorrectly counted the number of tiles! In the end, the tile was exchanged for the right one, and the extra one was bought, but I had to carry it on myself. (I bought for more than 1,500 rubles and the delivery was free) . A separate topic is tile quality... three with a big minus!!!! In 2013, I did repairs, took Ceramic tiles, so then the quality was a solid four!!! Now the tile sizes are dancing, the color in one batch is different and the tile is "propeller"!!!

When buying floor tiles on 9.01.20 , I initially visited the company store on Asanalieva Street. Due to the lack of the necessary collection, on 10.01.20 I went to Cosmonauts , 27 . I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They kindly told me in detail, clarifying all the subtleties about the products I am interested in, at the checkout, when paying, they drew my attention to how I should receive the goods in stock. Keramin for Cosmonauts is better than all other stores combined, without excess water, came-saw-bought, the warehouse is 5 minutes away... the staff is super, the answer is an instant, fully revealing question, drawing the project took 6 minutes, everything is clear, the project is a cash register-warehouse and you are at home. In the warehouse, the boys finally fire with humor and smiles. There's nothing to cling to, and I'm still a whiner... In short, I strongly recommend it!

Dear Keramin's superiors, maybe you can explain to us the strange behavior of your employees. We wanted to order a tile, we found the option we liked in the online store. We came to this store to help build the design. They started to build a bathroom plan for us, but when it came to applying a tile model to the design (let me remind you, we already chose a model in the online store), they told us that there was no such tile in this store, it was only in one store in Minsk (on Uruchye) and they would not build anything for us, as for the consultant, I quote, "This is a waste of my time, I have a plan, and I will not waste my time building a design if you do not buy tiles from me." Can you tell me, please, is this the attitude towards customers in all your stores? We came to the store with the intention of buying tiles, which, please note, were available in the online store. Why were we refused to build a design if this tile can be ordered through an online store?... Let's just say I was blown away by such an answer that the tiles are in warehouses, but since they are not in the store, they will not serve us
