Many thanks for the attention, friendly attitude and professionalism of Lipai Ekaterina Petrovna for today's examination and the previous fall.
At the same time, I would like to note that I spent much longer than I had planned at the office door. It turns out that until you gave the contract to the doctor, you are invisible. Sit or stand outside the door all day, even by appointment and with payment for the service at 8.00. In the age of technological development, I consider this to be a backwardness or a flaw that causes trouble and the need to explain oneself at work.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Igor Nikolaevich Razentov, oncologist-surgeon. At the end of May 2025, she was hospitalized in the 8th surgical department. A highly qualified, experienced specialist and truly a master of his craft. In time, he identified the problem and brilliantly performed an absolutely painless operation. I wish you good health and patience in your hard work!

It is completely inconvenient for the disabled. You have to go through a difficult quest to get into the office with a wheelchair. The taxi driver also had a hard time getting through the barrier.
The staff was more responsive and helpful, and there was only one nurse who didn't care that it was extremely uncomfortable with a wheelchair. Otherwise, I am grateful to the staff for their help.
I understand that there are already enough seriously ill people there, but we need to think about disabled people too!
