Of the cons, and there are many of them: - they took a double fee for the appointment (before the appointment and with the payment of the analysis) - when trying to get the result of a previously paid analysis, it turned out that we have to pay about 300 rubles more!!! From where?! The doctor at the reception said that everything was paid for and nothing else would be needed! - the boorish attitude of the head of the department (115 kab) and the senior nurse! No one wants to decide anything, listen too! It was said:- "Look for a doctor"! And the doctor does not have an appointment on this day (05/08/2024). The results of the analysis did not give! I will contact the authorities above!!!

Dear ones!!! I'm the only one taking my son to consultations, he can't move himself, he needs an escort, I can't just drop him off from the car and rush headlong to drive her out of the territory. I need to escort him to his office!!! And again, bring it to the office, leave it, then drive the car away, return to it, get advice, then run after the car (by the way, it's not a fact that I'll park it somewhere close to the barrier, as usual I have to wind circles to get to the permitted parking lot) and enter the territory. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? There is enough space on the territory, there are specially equipped parking spaces, they are always empty... Who came up with these stupid rules? What is the safety technique here? THE RNPC IS ALL IN MINSK, THE ALEXANDROV ONCOLOGICAL CENTER, EVERYONE ALLOWS ENTRY WITH PASSES FOR PEOPLE WHO MOVE POORLY!!! Why can't you do that here? Or do I need to call the Ministry of Health's hotline to bring you to your senses?
