V., does not listen to the victim at all, asks herself, and immediately interrupts in legal language, she cannot even ask an ordinary person in a simple way, in our criminal case, the accused was made by this judge, almost a hero, a competent lawyer, apparently everyone who needed to be paid, and everything went as planned Like the accused, even the state prosecutor couldn't do anything, that's how this system turns out to work, whoever has the money has everything, you're a useless institution for the victim, you're nobody, and they don't even accept your statements, they just shut their mouths with their legal slang.

Judge Savitskaya does not take into account many circumstances. It does not act in the best interests of the child. In my case, it was not taken into account:
1. The father claimed that the child does not have allergies. Although he was told about it more than once.There is a certificate from a doctor signed by the head.outpatient clinics about the presence of food allergy in a child.
2. The proven fact of violence in the father's family was not taken into account.
3. The psychological diagnosis of the relationship between parents and children was not taken into account (then why was it necessary to prescribe the passage of this diagnosis?).
4. There was no document that the father had been undergoing treatment for alcoholism with consequences for more than a year.
I took into account only that the father of the child feels uncomfortable in the presence of the mother. So in whose interests is she making the decision? Will she entrust her children to such fathers who treat children like that and spit on their diseases? Yes, they spit. How can you say:" does he have an allergy, only there is some kind of food." Or does she not realize the seriousness of this disease and the consequences of allergens entering the child's body?
