The location of the Divan Hotel is quite central. Buses heading to both the European and Asian sides either pass through here or depart from here as their first stop. The hotel and its pub are of high quality. There are also plenty of food and beverage venues in the area. The only issue is that during rush hours, there can be significant traffic congestion in the area.The staff are friendly and welcoming. The desserts are quite good. The food is also good.

Every time I go for work, I prefer to stay there(for years). They are clean, decent, their employees are very nice and polite. Jul. I have also experienced a few special situations that I was pleased with. For example, it was my birthday, and when I came to my room in the evening, there was a very nice surprise note, a big slice of cake with a stylish presentation on the table(I added that I had taken a picture). I am honored. It was nice to be remembered; it was such a kind surprise. I sent my thanks to them. The other example was that the screw had fallen off on the handle of my suitcase, which was easily moved by pulling, and it could not be used. Thank you, a friend in tech came and screwed it up and taped it black, making it much more solid than before (that solution worked for me a lot until I got home on the flight). During Ramadan, you can make changes to sahur instead of breakfast (kitchen service was also fine at that time of night). The food and menus of the hotel are good. If you are not using the taxi app, they support you in calling a taxi. The bus stop is very close. I need to walk a little for the metro. If you are not going to eat at the hotel, there is also a place right next to the hotel where various brands and products of a fast food chain are combined Decently(there are many options). On the other side there are food, tea and coffee places, a theater and a few shopping malls where you can be satisfied again in the future. There are also ATMs. The location is very well located, you can go anywhere quickly and it is centrally located. Another example of my satisfaction was that the do not disturb sign was on my room door because I also work as a hybrid - home office. One day I entered the company while I was hanging on the door, and they called me saying, "we were wondering if you were okay." Another issue, I stayed in a room on the side of the viaduct road(you might think there would be noise), think about it too, stay 2.they made a glass(sliding). There's no sound coming. These are all my satisfactions that I can give an idea. I couldn't change it after I discovered this place. I do not prefer a different hotel because I am satisfied.
